Take time this month to make a list<br />
of five acts of kindness you can<br />
do everyday. Here are some ideas:<br />
• Be generous with your smile!<br />
• Give 10 hugs in one day!<br />
• Smile at people who look sad.<br />
• Start a conversation with a new<br />
student or someone who looks<br />
lonely.<br />
• Smile at your parents.<br />
• Write a nice note to someone in<br />
your class who is having a bad<br />
day.<br />
• Smile at your principal.<br />
• Wave to the crossing guard.<br />
• Make a thank you note for your mail carrier, a fireman or<br />
another community helper.<br />
Remember: Everyone smiles in the same language.<br />
