• Kindly be seated at the main venue by 2.30 P.M.<br />
• Please switch <strong>of</strong> mobile phones as you enter the venue<br />
• You are requested to stand up :<br />
o When the Ceremonial Procession enters the main venue and<br />
remain standing till the dignitaries take their seat on the Dias<br />
o When Vande Mataram and National anthem are sung<br />
