Airport has been informed that
dedicating the ramp runway (4-22)
to "glider use only" is not in compliance
and that the runway must be available
to all users.
ADO informed by airport that Order
5190.6B , Paragraph 14.3 specifically
allows for:
"A prohibition or limit may be based on
safety or on a conflict between classes
or types of operations."
And:
that as long as an equivalent capability
for other aircraft is provided, the
prohibition is acceptable:
"..to the extent that they are consistent
With the sponsor's obligations…"
