Each <strong>Young</strong> <strong>Guns</strong> group is comprised of<br />
newly-hired Mustangers who hold positions in<br />
years of experience in the energy industry.<br />
Mustang’s growth as a global company gives YG<br />
Chapters the opportunity to thrive anywhere you<br />
YG candidates model Mustang’s corporate<br />

are our core and our future, a value that is bred<br />
<strong>Young</strong> <strong>Guns</strong> lunch sessions last approximately<br />
1 hour and are held 2-3 times per month.<br />
The YG syllabus is one year in duration with<br />
periodic follow up and connection opportunities.<br />
YG sessions cover Mustang business units,<br />
project summaries, department/discipline<br />
overviews, introduction to technical/project<br />
execution, and Mustang culture and philosophy.<br />

YGPROGRAMOBJECTIVES<br />
• Present and discuss a broad range of introductory and overview topics pertinent and useful to<br />
each YG group.<br />
• Provide a forum for exposure to and dialogue with key Mustang leaders.<br />
• Reinforce Mustang values and culture.<br />
• Highlight Mustang history and traditions.<br />
• Accelerate the learning curve of young Mustangers.<br />
• Encourage the development of professional and social relationships beyond projects<br />
and departments.<br />
• Identify available resources and tools which could enhance job performance.<br />
• Allow a broad exposure to various career path options and opportunities at Mustang.<br />
• Receive candid feedback in order to continuously improve YG and Mustang.
MUSTANGEXCHANGEPROGRAM<br />
Mustang (Houston) and Wood Group (North Sea) share a one-year<br />
technical professionals, typically sending two each between the<br />
