Each Young Guns group is comprised of
newly-hired Mustangers who hold positions in
years of experience in the energy industry.

Young Guns lunch sessions last approximately
1 hour and are held 2-3 times per month.
The YG syllabus is one year in duration with
periodic follow up and connection opportunities.
YG sessions cover Mustang business units,
project summaries, department/discipline
overviews, introduction to technical/project
execution, and Mustang culture and philosophy.

each YG group.

• Accelerate the learning curve of young Mustangers.
• Encourage the development of professional and social relationships beyond projects
and departments.
• Identify available resources and tools which could enhance job performance.
• Allow a broad exposure to various career path options and opportunities at Mustang.
• Receive candid feedback in order to continuously improve YG and Mustang.
