Helmet features 2011/2012 28 earpads / neCkgator rental features earpad materials for the inside of the ear pads, we combine soft suedelike fabric with durable, moisture-wicking soft velvet technical fabric. the ladies’ helmets are additionally equipped with the fuzzy micro material which ensures softness, warmth, and comfort. on the outside, we use materials such as silk, handknitted fabrics, leather, corduroy, or technical textiles so the ear pads perfectly complement the helmet design. height adjustaBle + removaBle earpads Due to the fact not all people have their ears at the same height; we developed a patented system for the height adjustment of the ear pads. this system guarantees optimal hearing and perfect helmet fit. of course, you can also completely remove our ear pads, including the neckgator, on warm days or for cleaning purposes. head 3d fit Head 3D fit allows an exact horizontal as well as vertical adjustment of the helmet to the shape of your head. head 2d fit the size adjustment system may be varied horizontally in order to individually adjust the helmet to your head. pC power shell for our helmets with Pc Power shell, we use a polycarbonate outer layer which is 50% thicker. this makes the helmet more robust, thus ensuring longer life out of the material, which is key in frequent rental usage. aBs teChnology the classical, two-piece abs-construction is simply unbeatable in terms of durability and wear. it fully meets the requirements of a rental helmet. Colour Coded Beanie liners und neCkgators match ‘em up. every rental helmet size is designated a specific color which corresponds to a colorcoded beanie liner or neckgator. in addition to the color, we also attach a size label on the liners and neckgators so they can easily be matched back up with their correctly sized helmet after cleaning. rental stiCkers for all rental helmets, colored stickers and size labels are available in a range of different colors. thus, it is possible to mark and label helmets for different groups of customers.
