directly above your eyebrows. adjust the two chin straps<br />

so that they securely hold the helmet.<br />

gap at all or an only small gap between the upper edge of<br />

Please only use water and soap or a sodium carbonate solution (bicarbonate) in order to clean your helmet and body<br />

protection equipment. most household detergents are too abrasive. Helmet + body protection equipment should be<br />

allowed to dry at room temperature; never expose it to high temperatures or direct heat.<br />
