RE: SETTLEMENT WEEK<br />
Pursuant to Practice Direction dated October 30, <strong>2007</strong>, a Settlement Week will be<br />
held during <strong>the</strong> <strong>week</strong> <strong>of</strong> November 26, <strong>2007</strong> to deal with all Pre-2000 matters which<br />
have a trial date between <strong>the</strong> period January 2008 to June 2009.<br />
A <strong>list</strong> <strong>of</strong> those matters to be considered is attached hereto and Attorneys-at-Law<br />
assigned to those cases should confirm <strong>the</strong>ir availability to <strong>the</strong> Registrar in writing<br />
by November 21, <strong>2007</strong>.<br />
