PRACTICE DIRECTION<br />
By order <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Chief Justice and with <strong>the</strong> concurrence <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Puisne<br />
Judges <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Supreme Court, <strong>the</strong> following Practice Direction is hereby<br />
issued to take effect immediately.<br />
Pursuant to R. 25. 2 <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> CPR 2002 a Settlement <strong>week</strong> designated<br />
Settlement Week #1 will be held during <strong>the</strong> <strong>week</strong> <strong>of</strong> November 26, <strong>2007</strong><br />
relative to all pre-2000 matters which have assigned trial dates between<br />
January 7, 2008 and June 2009.<br />
