BONSAL CARIBBEAN LIMITED (BCL) is a privately and nationally owned Company incorporated in
Trinidad & Tobago that is engaged in the manufacture of Thin Set Mortars under license to BONSAL
AMERICAN, Div. of OLDCASTLE Inc. It also manufactures its own Brand of Thin Set Mortars. BCL
imports from and distributes other specialty products made by Bonsal American and distributes White
Cement made in Colombia. The Company was founded in 2001 and began physical operations in
2003.
Products/Services
We focus on being high quality manufacturers and set high standards for our operations, products
and service. We provide a range of high quality but competitively priced Thin Set Mortars and
Grouts along with accessory products for the Tiling Industry and a limited range of specialty products
for the construction industry, such as Dry-packaged Concrete mixes, Construction Grout and
Waterproofing materials. We also distribute White Cement for a manufacturer in Colombia. For our
export customers we offer a consolidation service at nominal cost.
We also provide technical assistance to our clients and Mr. Stanley Tempro, Managing Director, was
trained at the Ceramic Tile Education Foundation (CTEF) in South Carolina, USA on Ceramic Tile
Inspection and Forensic Tile Analysis to assist with this service.

Our niche is derived from branding that distinguishes our major products as being a high quality US
brand. We also have developed our own local Brand which allows us the latitude to combine a high
quality product with a more competitive price. It is our goal to become the major supplier to the
Caribbean Region for the product range previously described.
Company History
The Company BONSAL CARIBBEAN LIMITED was registered in Trinidad & Tobago in 2001 and a
Factory was established at Arima in Trinidad and began production in July 2003. It is located in the
O'Meara Industrial Estate in Arima, which is in close proximity to the major bulk ingredient (sand).
Business Operations
The Company’s business operations revolve around sales of our products to selected
Retailers/Wholesalers strategically located in Trinidad & Tobago and other Caribbean islands. A
large part of revenue is generated by export sales to other Caribbean islands, which include
Antigua, Barbados, Curaçao, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, St. Lucia, St. Maarten and St. Vincent. The
production facilities at Bonsal Caribbean Limited are capable of meeting 100% of the demand for
Thin Set Mortars in Trinidad & Tobago and other markets currently being supplied.
