<strong>The</strong> <strong>Society</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>Risk</strong> <strong>Analysis</strong>-China has learned from Atlantis Press - Amsterdam-Beijing-<br />
Paris that ISI (Institute <strong>for</strong> Scientific In<strong>for</strong>mation) has agreed to receive copies of SRA-<br />
China’s official publication, the Journal of <strong>Risk</strong> <strong>Analysis</strong> and Crisis Response, and to track the<br />
citations in almost all of the scientific literature.<br />
In light of this news, I encourage you to submit high-quality manuscripts <strong>for</strong> our international<br />

More than 180 individual abstracts and 14 symposia abstracts were submitted <strong>for</strong> the SRA<br />
Europe Meeting in 2012, which will be held 18–20 June at the Swiss Federal Institute of<br />
Technology (ETH) Zurich, Switzerland. <strong>The</strong> special theme of this conference will be “<strong>Risk</strong><br />
and <strong>Society</strong>: Decisions & Responsibilities,” to reflect the fact that the analysis of risk is<br />
inextricably linked to the social context.<br />
