IBER WRAP AROUND CASE PACKERS
• Motion System of absolute control
• Quick change size over. Whit out further adjustments,
• Format regulation/modification while the machine is
running,
• Fully automatic grouping station, via synchronized
combs even staggered pattern,
• Cardboard picker without a vacuum, with electronic
axis.
• Can make packs in cardboard tray, open box, wrap
around box, ¼ and ½ pallet tray or open box.

ALCO DEP DEPALLETIZERS
• Fully automated machine

• Ideal for working on any type of separator layers

ENA SHRINKING WRAPPING MACHINE

ALCO PAL PALLETIZERS
• The machine has been designed to reach average speeds (5
layers/ 1) with high reliability, low maintenance, reduced
noisiness and resistance to corrosive environments.
• The careful mechanical drawing, the simplicity of the project,
the user´s friendly technology, the high quality materials and
the simply and quick change size over makes it a safe , versatile
and reliable for all applications machine.
• The system is primarily based on one vertical column and
another horizontal column. Both with Cartesian axes and slip
plane constituted by recirculating - sphere guides
• The horizontal axis is moved over the vertical column and the
Palletizing Head is moved over the horizontal crossbar.
• On a forming layer table, the layer is formed (like a conventional
system), from here moves to Palletizing Head (the full layer)
• The Palletizing Head moves to the floor and places a layer over
the pallet while the second layer is being formed
• The movements are characterized by the same features and
precision as brushless motorization
• Palletizing Head can be equipped with rotation.
• Before placing the layer it is compacted by lateral thrusters
powered by an electronic dual axis
• The placement of the layer in the proper height is made by an
Electronic axis.
