Aqua Kickboxing: Combines all the benefits of water resistance with the fun and energy of cardio kickboxing. Improve<br />
endurance, agility, coordination, power, balance and core stability.<br />

Aqua Blast: A moderate intensity energetic water workout designed to provide cardiovascular conditioning, enhance<br />
muscle tone and improve balance.<br />

Aqua Burn: A moderate to high intensity total body water workout designed to increase water resistance and promote<br />

Aqua Arthritis Exercise Program – (REGISTRATION REQUIRED) is a water exercise program designed for<br />
people with arthritis and related conditions. <strong>Water</strong> exercise is especially good for people with arthritis because it<br />
allows you to exercise without putting excess strain on your joints and muscles. MEMBERS MAY ONLY REGISTER<br />
AND PARTICIPATE IN 1 CLASS PER DAY.<br />

Stretch and Strengthen – (REGISTRATION REQUIRED) A low impact exercise class held in our warm water training<br />
pool. This class is designed to stretch and strengthen the muscles in calm, relaxing environment. Good for those with<br />
special considerations. MEMBERS MAY ONLY REGISTER AND PARTICIPATE 1 STRETCH & STRENGTHEN CLASS<br />

Sculpt and Tone - A low impact exercise class held in our warm water training pool. This class is designed to isolate<br />
the muscles to sculpt and tone the upper and lower body.<br />

Healthy Joints- A low impact water exercise class held in a warm water training pool. This class is designed to<br />
promote good joint health while toning and strengthening muscles. (This is not an Arthritis Foundation class)<br />

Check with your physician before starting any exercise program.<br />

All classes are run on a first come, first serve basis.<br />
If you have any health concerns please speak with the instructor prior to the class.<br />
For modification to any exercise please speak with the instructor.<br />
If the pace of the class is above your level of comfort please choose another class that<br />
better suits your needs.<br />

All classes have a maximum of 25 participants.<br />
NOTE: All <strong>Water</strong> Aerobics classes will be closed to participants 10 minutes after they begin. All<br />
classes end five minutes before the start of the new class.<br />
