1. What is the Postpaid Amazing Deals
The Postpaid Amazing Deals gives customers the opportunity to get a discount on one of four (4)
handsets with the activation of any postpaid plan
Nokia 2720 at a discounted price of $4075.00 plus GCT
Samsung S5230 at a discounted price of $12,575.00 plus GCT
Nokia E63 at a discounted price of $15,075.00 plus GCT and
BB 9000 at a discounted price of $25,075.00 plus GCT
2. What is the promotional period
Promotion begins on Sunday May 2, 2010 and ends on Saturday May 29, 2010.
3. Who can participate in the Postpaid Amazing Deals Bonus Credit Offer
All new and existing Digicel customers who purchase the selected handset from an
authorized Digicel dealer and activate any postpaid plan during the promotional period
are eligible to receive the promotional offering.
4. How does this promotion work
Customers who purchase any of the handsets under this Promotion shall receive a
discount on that handset purchase
To be eligible for the discount, customers must also activate any one of the following
Postpaid Plans “Select 1000, Select 2000, Select 3000 and/or Select 5500 plan.
Once you have taken up the Postpaid Amazing Deals offer, the customers will be bound
to a 12 month contract.
Existing postpaid customers can also benefit from the promotion. Upon purchasing any
one of the handsets under the promotion the customer will be have to sign the Digicel
addendum, which requires the customer to be in a contract for 12 month.
With the purchase of the Blackberry 9000, customers will receive 4 weeks of Postpaid
Blackberry Service.
5. What is needed to become a DigiSelect customer

7. Is the customer eligible for the promotion if he/she is a prepaid customer
Existing prepaid customers are eligible for the promotion in one of 2 instances:
Signing up for new Digicel postpaid service offered in the promotion and getting a
new number.
Converting from prepaid to postpaid during the promotional period
8. Is the customer eligible for the promotion if he/she is already a postpaid customer
Yes
Existing postpaid customer can purchase the handsets mentioned in the promotion,
for this to take place the customer must sign the Digicel addendum which requires
the customer to be in a 12 month contract.
The customer can also benefit from the promotion, by applying for a new postpaid
contract which also bounds the customer to a 12 month contract.
9. What phones are avaialable

10. I want to terminate the contract before the 12month period is up, what is the consequence
If the Customer terminates the contract before the end of the minimum contract
period, the Customer will be liable to pay Digicel for the pro-rated value of the
handset at the time of termination.
for example: “A Customer signs up for 12 months and the current cost of the phone is
$17,180 + GCT, if the contract is broken in the 8 th month of the contract then the
cost the customer will pay the Customer will be charged is calculated as follows”:
$17180/12= $1431.66, $1431.66 x 4 months = $5726.66
11. Is the Digicel Free Nights and weekend activated upon purchase
No, this is not offered in the promotion
If customer wishes to activate Free Nights and Weekend Plan he/she may dial the
code *138#. The customer will be charged the monthly subscription of $350 per
month.
12. Will the Blackberry Service be activated on the account upon purchase of the Blackberry 9000
Yes
Customers will receive 4 Weeks of Postpaid Blackberry Service
If the customer has any issues with the Blackberry service can contact the “Products
Line” at 878-2232, free from their Digicel phone.
13. What the cost for the Blackberry service
For the promotional Period the Blackberry Service will be Free for 4 weeks
Thereafter the Blackberry service is a monthly charge of $1499
14. What does the Blackberry service offer
The Blackberry service offers:

‣ Unlimited data access for WEB browsing
‣ Unlimited data access to Email
‣ Unlimited access to Social Network (e.g. Facebook)
‣ Unlimited access to IM services ( e.g. Yahoo Messenger, MSN Messenger)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE DIGICEL
‘Amazing Deals Phone Sale’ Promotion
1. The ‘Amazing Deals Phone Sale' promotion, ‘the Promotion’, is available to all new
and existing Digicel Postpaid customers (‘Customers’)
2. The Promotion begins on Sunday May 2 2010 and shall end on Saturday 29 May 2010,
subject to the availability of stock or until such earlier or later date as may be determined
by Digicel (the ‘Promotion Period’)
3. During the Promotion Period, new activation and existing Postpaid Customers can
purchase, subject to availability of stock supplies, the following discounted Handsets:

Discounted Price Plus GCT
$4,075 plus GCT
$12,575 plus GCT
$15,075 plus GCT
$25,075 plus GCT
4. Customers who purchase the Blackberry 9000 will also receive 4 weeks free Postpaid
Blackberry service.

5. The discounted handset prices are only on offer to new Post paid Customer activations
who sign a minimum 12 month service contract.
6. Existing Postpaid Customer can benefit from the discounted handset prices if they
extend their contract by a further 12 months from the date of purchasing the new
handset.
7. New Postpaid Customers who sign up will be bound by the Digicel Select terms and
conditions and shall be required to pay the applicable service plan deposit associated
with the Digicel Select plan chosen by the Customer.

9. Under the terms of this promotion SIM cards may be purchased by Customers at a cost of J$300.
10. Digicel reserves the right to at any time vary the terms of the Promotion, to amend its
Terms and Conditions, or to withdraw the Promotion. In any of these events notice will
be given via media advertisements (including via Digicel’s website) or messages to
subscribers and will be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such
notifications.
