"Cheat Sheet"
for
FP Diagnosis Codes
Below you will find a print screen of the FP drop down box revised, and the corresponding descriptions for the codes, as a backup
"cheat sheet", for clarity.
The first 14 codes are "V" codes and are screening/counseling/advice/contact with health services for a certain "need" ICD-9 codes.
The remaining codes are actual ICD-9 diagnosis codes.
Remember, you do not get RVU's by the number of "diagnosis codes" you pick, but from the actual CPT procedure code (ie.
99211 etc.).
So don't feel like you must go "haywire" with the amount of Diagnosis codes, but certainly pick what you do.
