STEAM VALVE ORIGINAL BY JACLO
The Steam Valve Original line is manufactured by Hornbeam
& Ivy of From England, and exclusively distributed throughout
North America by JACLO. The faucets and pot fillers are
engineered and designed with the idea of creating an
industrial-looking stainless steel faucet that features cuttingedge
technology and functionality.
The collection offers a comprehensive range of kitchen
faucets including: bridge mixers – both deck mounted and
wall mounted, two handle single hole, three hole mixers and
single lever with a range of spout options.
The modular construction of the product allows for a mix and
match approach to assembly. All of the spouts are
interchangeable with all of the bodies, and with the additional
choice of four handle designs, giving the customer a variety of
options to choose from. The spouts include not only the
traditional looking swivel (goose neck) spout which is available
in two sizes, but also an articulated spout and patented
"pull-off spray" spout option.
The Steam Valve Original Collection features both deck and
wall mounted pot fillers. Both pot fillers complement and
match the faucet design, moreover they are offered with the
same four handle designs.
MODERN TECHNOLOGY
All Steam Valve Original faucets are created from
high-grade, solid stainless steel, brushed or fully polished
finish. Solid stainless steel offers superior corrosion and
abrasion resistance, additionally it is easy to maintain. The
entire collection utilizes ceramic valve technology for a life
time of maintenance free service. Because of the stainless
steel construction the entire line is in compliance
with the new low lead legislation.
JACLO - THINKING GREEN
JACLO recognizes the need to conserve water and as a
company we are committed to engineering and providing
eco-conscientious products that do not compromise
quality or performance. All Steam Valve Original faucets
can be equipped with water saving aerators that meet or
exceed most of today's "green" requirements. JACLO is
also a WaterSense partner and is actively participating in
the development of new water saving industry standards
and technological innovations.
CHANGES IN DESIGN
The Company is constantly striving to effect improvements
in its products. This may require that changes be made
from time to time with respect to the design of its products.
Therefore, the Company reserves the right to affect reasonable
changes of any kind without notice and to deliver revised
products in fulfillment of any accepted order unless this
right is specifically waived on the face of the Consumer’s
Acknowledgement.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To maintain the pleasing appearance of your stainless
steel product, you must perform periodic cleaning. For
best results, stainless steel should be cleaned as often as
necessary to prevent films or deposits which may eventually
cause corrosive concentration from setting up upon the
surface. Whenever possible rinse thorougly with clean water
and a soft cloth. Due to the nature of stainless steel, applying
abrasive cleaners which contain chlorides (chlorine bleach) or
allowing salty solutions to evaporate and dry on stainless steel
may contribute to corrosive condtions and should be avoided
as this will destroy the finish and void the warranty.
Cleaning spray head: The spray head is fitted with an easy
clean face plate. If the spray is becoming blocked with
limescale simply agitate the nozzles by running your finger
over the nozzles.
Please note:
Your product warranty may not be valid if the above cleaning
guidelines are not followed.
WARRANTY
Residential Warranty
Your new plumbing fixture is warranted by:
JACLO INDUSTRIES, 129 Dermody Street, Cranford, NJ
07016. This warranty is extended to original consumer
purchasers only. This warranty gives you specific legal rights,
and you may also have other rights which vary from state to
state.
The product (including the finish on the product but
excluding our Un-Lacquered Brass and any installation
hardware not supplied by JACLO) is warranted to be free
from defects in material or workmanship under normal use
and service for the lifetime* of the fixture, so long as the
original consumer purchaser owns it. JACLO's sole obligation
under this or any other warranty is limited to repairing or
replacing at JACLO's option, without labor, any part or parts of
the fixture which fall to conform to such warranty.
JACLO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL
OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES CAUSED BY A BREACH OF
THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation
may not apply to you.
In order to secure warranty performance, the original
consumer purchaser must (a) have the fixture properly and
professionally (where applicable) installed in accordance
with all plumbing codes and installation instructions, (b) not
subject the fixture to abuse, misuse or alter in any way and
(c) remove the fixture and return it to JACLO, together with a
brief description of the defect.
JACLO does not authorize any distributor, retailer or other
person to modify this warranty or assume any liability on
its behalf with respect to it. Any question regarding the
operation of warranty should be addressed to JACLO's
warranty department.
* Due to the unpredictable environment, all kitchen drains,
strainers and garbage disposal flanges are warranted for the
period of one year from date of purchase from an authorized
JACLO dealer.
Commercial Warranty
JACLO extends the above warranty for a period of one year
from date of purchase to purchasers of products for industrial,
commercial, business and all non-private residential uses.
JACLO RETURN POLICY
All returns must be accompanied by a JACLO Return Goods
Authorization (RGA). Please contact JACLO customer service
for return authorization. Once the product(s) are returned
they will be subject to inspection by the JACLO returns
department. Pending the results of the inspection final
disposition may be one of the following:
- Full credit, i.e. Manufacturer Defect (Please see Limited
Lifetime Warranty), Shipped in error and is in a resell
condition
- Credit with a minimum 25% restocking fee, All other
circumstances
- No credit, Product returned cannot be resold in its current
condition and does not fall under JACLO's warranty

All returned items declared "No Credit" will be disposed of
after 30 days from date of receipt by JACLO. All custom
items are subject to final sale and cannot be returned for
credit.
