COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG), SECTION 108<br />

AND HOME PROGRAM PROJECTED USE OF FUNDS<br />

ANNUAL ACTION PLAN - 2012 ENTITLEMENT GRANT<br />

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, February 13, 2012, at 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held at<br />

the regular meeting <strong>of</strong> the Port Huron City Council, for the purpose <strong>of</strong>: a) providing citizens with information on<br />

past performance, and b) providing an op<strong>port</strong>unity to comment on the City <strong>of</strong> Port Huron's 2012 Proposed Statement<br />

<strong>of</strong> Community Development objectives and projected use <strong>of</strong> funds, known as the Annual Action Plan. In<br />

conformance with federal regulations, below is the City's proposed statement <strong>of</strong> projected use <strong>of</strong> CDBG, HOME and<br />

Section 108 funds for 2012. It will be reviewed in accordance with the following proposed timetable:<br />

The proposed Annual Plan is also available for viewing on the City’s website: www.<strong>port</strong><strong>huron</strong>.org, at the City<br />

Clerk's Office, and at the St. Clair County Public Library- Main Branch Office at 210 McMorran Boulevard. For<br />
