COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG), SECTION 108
AND HOME PROGRAM PROJECTED USE OF FUNDS
ANNUAL ACTION PLAN - 2012 ENTITLEMENT GRANT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, February 13, 2012, at 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held at
the regular meeting of the Port Huron City Council, for the purpose of: a) providing citizens with information on
past performance, and b) providing an opportunity to comment on the City of Port Huron's 2012 Proposed Statement
of Community Development objectives and projected use of funds, known as the Annual Action Plan. In
conformance with federal regulations, below is the City's proposed statement of projected use of CDBG, HOME and
Section 108 funds for 2012. It will be reviewed in accordance with the following proposed timetable:

The proposed Annual Plan is also available for viewing on the City’s website: www.porthuron.org, at the City
Clerk's Office, and at the St. Clair County Public Library- Main Branch Office at 210 McMorran Boulevard. For
