ACADEMICS<br />
MCC has long prided itself as a superior academic institution and it has<br />
proven over the past 75 years to effectively prepare its students for advancement<br />
to the university of their choice, not only for the schools in<br />
Mississippi, but also for any university. The Eagle baseball team boasts<br />
some impressive credentials regarding academic success over the past<br />
year.<br />
“Just like our on the field<br />
success, our success in the<br />
classroom is due to the hard<br />
work the guys put into it.<br />
We take our academics very<br />
seriously and as a staff we<br />
make sure our players understand<br />
the importance of<br />
getting the job done in the<br />
classroom,” said Coach Sudduth.<br />
“We want them to be<br />
outstanding students and a pleasure to have in class. Our administration,<br />
Academic Advisor Lori McLain, Coach Tillery and all of the wonderful instructors<br />
and professors deserve a lot of credit as it truly is a team effort.”<br />
