MRA MAURICE HAMM SPIRIT OF SERVICE AWARD Named in honor of the late Maurice Hamm, the Spirit of Service Award is presented to an individual that displays a commitment to MRA efforts and partnerships. While those efforts are community based at heart, that individual gives of their time and energy to help the MRA carry out their programs in some way. Mr. Maurice Hamm was such an individual and it seemed appropriate to name the award in his honor. Mr. Jack Martin was the recipient of the MRA 2012 Maurice Hamm Spirit of Service Award. Jack is a true ambassador for McNairy County. He works diligently to promote McNairy County whenever he gets a chance. He also regularly volunteers to help others with their work. Jack truly embodies the Spirit of Service. The award was presented by MRA Director of Chamber Programs, Russell Ingle and Linda Hamm.
MRA OUTGOING BOARD MEMBERS Each year outgoing board members are recognized for their contributions to the MRA. Board members that rolled off at the end of 2012 were Chris Combs, Anthony Henson, Troy Moore, and Luke DeLaVergne. We appreciate them all very much.
