<strong>Dear</strong> <strong>Teachers</strong>, <strong>Dancers</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Families</strong>,<br />
Welcome to the <strong>Tribute</strong> <strong>National</strong> <strong>Talent</strong> Competition in Kansas City. As we begin our inaugural season, I find<br />
myself feeling very humble <strong>and</strong> fortunate. Over the last 20 years, I have met some very special people that<br />
have touched my life in a very positive way. Words of encouragement <strong>and</strong> sharing wonderful times together<br />
have given me a NEW vision for the future <strong>and</strong> the direction I want to guide <strong>Tribute</strong> in for years to come. The<br />
amount of love <strong>and</strong> support that I have received over the years, has enabled me to do what I love <strong>and</strong> pursue<br />
my dreams <strong>and</strong> ambitions. I want to do everything I can to make your experience at <strong>Tribute</strong> one to remember.<br />
With so many choices of dance competitions, doing things that will set us apart <strong>and</strong> allow us to share a feeling<br />
of kindness <strong>and</strong> graciousness will be very important. Our personal approach will make you feel like you are a<br />
part of a family, <strong>and</strong> that is how I want you to remember your time spent with us at <strong>Tribute</strong>.<br />
I am so blessed to have a very loving <strong>and</strong> talented staff with the experience <strong>and</strong> knowledge needed to produce<br />
a quality event. As the founder, I will continue to listen to my clients <strong>and</strong> make those important decisions that<br />
are vital in an ever changing industry. By being present at all of my events, I will have the chance to speak to<br />
so many <strong>and</strong> enjoy the company of many friends <strong>and</strong> families. For me it is not about “building the biggest<br />
dance competition in the country”, it is about building relationships <strong>and</strong> being able to be there each weekend to<br />
show how much I appreciate your support.<br />
On behalf of the entire staff, THANK YOU for having faith <strong>and</strong> confidence in us to attend <strong>Tribute</strong>. We will be<br />
working together as a team to make you feel very comfortable <strong>and</strong> welcome. We hope that you leave this<br />
weekend knowing how much we appreciate your support <strong>and</strong> we look forward to your return in the future.<br />
