Description / Purpose of<br />

the product<br />

The cement putty is DESIGNATED for external and <strong>in</strong>ternal use for<br />

level<strong>in</strong>g of bases of concrete, aerated concrete and other materials<br />

with thickness of the layer up to 5 mm, for repairs and level<strong>in</strong>g of<br />

floor<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> residential premises and concrete roofs, for repairs of<br />

exist<strong>in</strong>g putties. It may be used for smooth<strong>in</strong>g concrete elements and<br />

facade plasters. Highly productive for seal<strong>in</strong>g of pores and clos<strong>in</strong>g of<br />

cracks <strong>in</strong> putties and plasters.<br />

Consumption rate:<br />

Usage data:<br />

- proportions: 100 portions of dry mixture to 25 portions of water;<br />

- "matur<strong>in</strong>g" time: 6-8 m<strong>in</strong>utes;<br />

- time to work with: approximately 2 hours;<br />

- work<strong>in</strong>g temperature: from +5°C to +30°C;<br />

- time for follow<strong>in</strong>g operations : 24 hours;<br />

- time for lay<strong>in</strong>g: approximately 30 m<strong>in</strong>utes;<br />

- thickness of the layer: from 3 to 5 mm.<br />

The product consists of powder mixture of cement, m<strong>in</strong>eral fillers,<br />

polymeric additives and re<strong>in</strong>forc<strong>in</strong>g fibres and after mix<strong>in</strong>g with water<br />

a ready for work b<strong>in</strong>der is achieved.<br />

TERAZID BM-14 compound-putty<strong>in</strong>g is DESIGNATED for bond<strong>in</strong>g<br />

of heat <strong>in</strong>sulat<strong>in</strong>g boards of high density m<strong>in</strong>eral wool and for mak<strong>in</strong>g<br />

protective level<strong>in</strong>g putty<strong>in</strong>g upon them when execut<strong>in</strong>g additional wall<br />

heat <strong>in</strong>sulation of build<strong>in</strong>gs.<br />

LAYING the product for bond<strong>in</strong>g of m<strong>in</strong>eral wool is performed on<br />

solid surfaces made of cement-sand and lime-cement plasters,<br />

concrete, aerated concrete and leveled brick masonry.<br />

Consumption rate:<br />

2 kg dry mixture for 1 m of putty<strong>in</strong>g.<br />

Usage data:<br />

- proportions: 100 parts of dry mixture to 22.5 parts of water;<br />

- "matur<strong>in</strong>g" time: 10 m<strong>in</strong>utes;<br />

- time for work<strong>in</strong>g with: 3 hours;<br />

- time for lay<strong>in</strong>g: 30 m<strong>in</strong>utes.<br />

White cement based product, f<strong>in</strong>e m<strong>in</strong>eral fillers, dust-like<br />

polymers and modify<strong>in</strong>g additives.<br />

It is DESIGNATED for level<strong>in</strong>g putties <strong>in</strong> white colour and level<strong>in</strong>g of<br />

bases of concrete, aerated concrete, lime and lime-cement plasters. It<br />

is suitable for putties of whole facades and of <strong>in</strong>dividual facade<br />

elements, success fully clos<strong>in</strong>g small cracks <strong>in</strong> the base as well. It<br />

creates smooth white surface with a possibility for be<strong>in</strong>g pa<strong>in</strong>ted or<br />

left as a ultimate facade layer.<br />

Polymer Facade Pa<strong>in</strong>t is facade pa<strong>in</strong>t, based on high - quality dispersions with<br />

added m<strong>in</strong>eral fillers and UV resistant colour<strong>in</strong>gs. The pa<strong>in</strong>t is manufactured <strong>in</strong> wide<br />

range of colours; upon dry<strong>in</strong>g it forms a highly resistant film with smooth lusterless<br />

surface. It is offered as colored after the <strong>catalogue</strong> of the company-producer.<br />

The Polymer Facade Pa<strong>in</strong>t is designed for f<strong>in</strong>e protective and decorative film on<br />

facades of build<strong>in</strong>gs - walls and ceil<strong>in</strong>gs. The pa<strong>in</strong>t forms white or coloured water<br />

resistant surface upon dry<strong>in</strong>g. It has good cover<strong>in</strong>g quality and is ready 'to use pa<strong>in</strong>t'<br />

on various solid foundations at hous<strong>in</strong>g construction and facades under repair. The<br />

liquid consistency of the pa<strong>in</strong>t allows renovation of smooth and chopped up<br />

facades, <strong>in</strong>dividual pa<strong>in</strong>t<strong>in</strong>g of facade elements and details, as well as renovation of<br />

colours of old structural facades, preserv<strong>in</strong>g their basic ornamental effect. It is<br />

suitable for repair of facades filled with dragged or scratched polymer or dry plaster,<br />

as well as for pa<strong>in</strong>t<strong>in</strong>g of facades after additional thermal <strong>in</strong>sulation of old build<strong>in</strong>gs.<br />

quality colour<strong>in</strong>gs. The pa<strong>in</strong>t is manufactured <strong>in</strong> wide range of colours after the<br />

<strong>catalogue</strong> of the company-producer. It forms a film with lusterless surface, resistant<br />

to atmospheric conditions.<br />

The Silicone Pa<strong>in</strong>t is designed for f<strong>in</strong>e protective and decorative film on facades<br />

of build<strong>in</strong>gs, walls and ceil<strong>in</strong>gs. The pa<strong>in</strong>t forms white or coloured water resistant<br />

surface upon dry<strong>in</strong>g. It has good coat<strong>in</strong>g quality and is ready 'to use pa<strong>in</strong>t' on<br />

various foundations as:<br />

- Renovation of old facades, filled with pa<strong>in</strong>t, polymer and m<strong>in</strong>eral plaster;<br />

- Application of f<strong>in</strong>ish<strong>in</strong>g coat at build<strong>in</strong>g of new facades or facade elements.<br />

As a result of its excellent breatheability and water repellent effect, it is<br />

systems, covered with facade Polystyrene and rock-wool.<br />
