Description / Purpose of
the product
The cement putty is DESIGNATED for external and internal use for
leveling of bases of concrete, aerated concrete and other materials
with thickness of the layer up to 5 mm, for repairs and leveling of
flooring in residential premises and concrete roofs, for repairs of
existing putties. It may be used for smoothing concrete elements and
facade plasters. Highly productive for sealing of pores and closing of
cracks in putties and plasters.

Usage data:
- proportions: 100 portions of dry mixture to 25 portions of water;
- "maturing" time: 6-8 minutes;
- time to work with: approximately 2 hours;
- working temperature: from +5°C to +30°C;
- time for following operations : 24 hours;
- time for laying: approximately 30 minutes;
- thickness of the layer: from 3 to 5 mm.
The product consists of powder mixture of cement, mineral fillers,
polymeric additives and reinforcing fibres and after mixing with water
a ready for work binder is achieved.
TERAZID BM-14 compound-puttying is DESIGNATED for bonding
of heat insulating boards of high density mineral wool and for making
protective leveling puttying upon them when executing additional wall
heat insulation of buildings.
LAYING the product for bonding of mineral wool is performed on
solid surfaces made of cement-sand and lime-cement plasters,
concrete, aerated concrete and leveled brick masonry.
Consumption rate:
2 kg dry mixture for 1 m of puttying.

- proportions: 100 parts of dry mixture to 22.5 parts of water;
- "maturing" time: 10 minutes;
- time for working with: 3 hours;
- time for laying: 30 minutes.
White cement based product, fine mineral fillers, dust-like
polymers and modifying additives.
It is DESIGNATED for leveling putties in white colour and leveling of
bases of concrete, aerated concrete, lime and lime-cement plasters. It
is suitable for putties of whole facades and of individual facade
elements, success fully closing small cracks in the base as well. It
creates smooth white surface with a possibility for being painted or
left as a ultimate facade layer.

Polymer Facade Paint is facade paint, based on high - quality dispersions with
added mineral fillers and UV resistant colourings. The paint is manufactured in wide
range of colours; upon drying it forms a highly resistant film with smooth lusterless
surface. It is offered as colored after the catalogue of the company-producer.
The Polymer Facade Paint is designed for fine protective and decorative film on
facades of buildings - walls and ceilings. The paint forms white or coloured water
resistant surface upon drying. It has good covering quality and is ready 'to use paint'
on various solid foundations at housing construction and facades under repair. The
liquid consistency of the paint allows renovation of smooth and chopped up
facades, individual painting of facade elements and details, as well as renovation of
colours of old structural facades, preserving their basic ornamental effect. It is
suitable for repair of facades filled with dragged or scratched polymer or dry plaster,
as well as for painting of facades after additional thermal insulation of old buildings.

Silicone Facade Paint is facade paint, based on high - quality dispersions and
silicone resin with added mineral filling agents, water repellent additives and high
quality colourings. The paint is manufactured in wide range of colours after the
catalogue of the company-producer. It forms a film with lusterless surface, resistant
to atmospheric conditions.
The Silicone Paint is designed for fine protective and decorative film on facades
of buildings, walls and ceilings. The paint forms white or coloured water resistant
surface upon drying. It has good coating quality and is ready 'to use paint' on
various foundations as:
- Renovation of old facades, filled with paint, polymer and mineral plaster;
- Application of finishing coat at building of new facades or facade elements.
As a result of its excellent breatheability and water repellent effect, it is
determined as a very good architectural solution at completing of insulating
systems, covered with facade Polystyrene and rock-wool.
The liquid consistency of the paint allows renovation of smooth and chopped up
facades, individual painting of facade elements and details, as well as renovation of
colours of old structural facades, preserving their basic ornamental effect.
