I’m moody and irritable
and can’t be bothered to do
anything. Sometimes I feel so
fed up I feel like crying.
We all feel low from time to time. You could try
listening to your favourite music, going for a walk
or writing down how you feel on paper.
I just used to let everything
build up until I lost my temper
and hurt people close to me,
I’d punch walls or go out and
get into trouble.
Take control of your anger by taking a deep breath
and thinking for a moment before you act.
Sometimes I get a funny
feeling in my stomach and I
don’t know what it is. I know
I am not unwell... I just don’t
feel right.
If we break down our worries and tackle them one
at a time, they may not seem quite so scary.
When my parents divorced,
I didn’t know what was
happening and felt like I was
the only one going through it.
I thought it was my fault.
You’re not to blame and you’re not alone. Some of
your friends may be going through the same thing.

first, I thought if I did the bullying
would get worse. But then I told
someone I trusted... and it stopped.”
Bullying can include name calling, hitting, cruel text
messages and online messaging. Tell someone you
trust what is going on so they can help put a stop to
it and help you block online bullies.
