TSMC-Online is the first industry’s first web-based, browser-accessed tool, specifically
designed for TSMC customers who want total visibility to their product related information
and great control over the whole product life cycle, from design, fabrication, to post sales
service. TSMC-Online provides the same real-time visibility to orders, work-in-progress,
technical document, ..etc, as customers with their own captive fabs. TSMC-Online business
transaction and information delivery system help customers reduce cycle time, respond
quickly to market change, and reduce overall production cost. TSMC-Online is a free
service to all TSMC customers.
- TSMC-YES ( Manage and improve product yield )
TSMC-YES TM ( Yield Enhancement System ) is a complete set of software tools that
facilitate collaborative engineering data analysis between designers and TSMC engineers.
TSMC-YES TM allows designers to perform yield enhancement analysis from their own
computers using exactly the same tools, data and analysis models employed by TSMC
engineers. Bu suing TSMC-YES TM , designers can reduce low-yield analysis cycle time,
enhance yields by detecting problems early on in the sorting phase and make faster ramp-up
in new product introduction. This service strives to create a working environment where the
designers have almost as much input in the design and production process as they would if it
was their own fab.
- TSMC-Direct TM ( System-To-System Integration for TSMC Customers to Manage
Supply Chain)
TSMC-Direct is a unique system-to-system integration service that easily integrated with
other disparate system at customer side. This service helps establish effective relationships
and link mission-critical business processes between customers and TSMC. TSMC-Direct TM
helps customers reduce cycle time, increase productivity and lower production costs. The
service acts as an extension of customer's internal systems and allows for collaborative
planning, WIP tracking, free-format engineering data sharing, real-time order placement and
