Health care facilities and licensed medical professionals are permitted to order allograft implants from <strong>RegenMed</strong>.<br />

Consignment Program<br />
All allograft products are offered on a consignment service basis to pre-approved users. Ordering allograft tissue on a consignment<br />
basis will allow for more efficient scheduling of surgeries as well as ensuring an adequate supply of tissue on hand.<br />

Return Policy<br />
<strong>RegenMed</strong> allows for the return of unused allograft tissue, 90 days from the date of purchase as long as<br />
specific criteria have been met. For information about returning allograft tissue, please contact <strong>RegenMed</strong>.<br />
Payment Terms and Conditions<br />
Payments are due 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise stated. Payment may be made by corporate cheque. Account<br />
statements are sent monthly as a reminder of payments due.<br />
