The Lake Superior Centre for Regenerative Medicine, Inc.<br />
(<strong>RegenMed</strong>) is a wholly Canadian, not-for-profit charitable<br />
organization. <strong>RegenMed</strong> is dedicated to providing Canadians<br />
with safe, effective, and high quality allografts from Canadian<br />
donors with our advanced processing methods and<br />
commitment to quality.<br />
At our state-of-the-art tissue processing centre we provide<br />
advanced processing techniques such as specialized sizing<br />
and lyophilization. We maintain an extensive inventory to<br />
ensure all customer needs are met promptly. Our grafts meet<br />
ANSI/AAMI standards for labeling as sterile and meet or<br />
exceed all federal regulations.<br />

Consignment Program<br />
All allograft products are offered on a consignment service basis to pre-approved users. Ordering allograft tissue on a consignment<br />
basis will allow for more efficient scheduling of surgeries as well as ensuring an adequate supply of tissue on hand.<br />

Return Policy<br />
<strong>RegenMed</strong> allows for the return of unused allograft tissue, 90 days from the date of purchase as long as<br />
specific criteria have been met. For information about returning allograft tissue, please contact <strong>RegenMed</strong>.<br />
Payment Terms and Conditions<br />
Payments are due 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise stated. Payment may be made by corporate cheque. Account<br />
statements are sent monthly as a reminder of payments due.<br />
