COMPOSITION<br />
Ultra-pure food grade micronized gelatine<br />
GENERAL FEATURES<br />
Aspect: white powder, odourless, tasteless, preservative-free.<br />
Dissolves readily in cold water.<br />
APPLICATIONS<br />
<strong>ATOCLAR</strong> M is highly effective in removing undesirable tannins. It is therefore particularly<br />
suitable for softening colloid-rich pressed juice and for red wines rich in astringent tannins<br />
due to strenuous pressing.<br />
DOSAGE<br />
2 - 4 g/hL for white wine.<br />
8 - 15 g/hL for red wine.<br />
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE<br />
Slowly dilute one part <strong>ATOCLAR</strong> M to 10 parts water at room temperature, stirring<br />
continuously. The resulting solution cannot be stored and must be used immediately.<br />

GENERAL FEATURES<br />
Aspect: odourless, tasteless, preservative-free. Dissolves in hot water. PULVI CLAR S is<br />
characterized by its low grade hydrolysis and high charge density.<br />
APPLICATIONS<br />
<strong>PULVICLAR</strong> S is a highly effective clarifier and stabilizer. Ideal for clarifying must and white<br />
wine in conjunction with SIL FLOC, PLUXBENTON N, BENTOLIT SUPER and TANIXEL.<br />
In quality red wines, PULVI CLAR S optimizes the polyphenol balance by eliminating<br />
astringent tannins without reducing wine structure.<br />
DOSAGE<br />
4 - 10 g/hL for must and white wine.<br />
8 - 15 g/hL for red wine.<br />
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE<br />
Slowly dilute one part PULVI CLAR S to 20 parts hot water (40 - 45 °C), stirring<br />
continuously. The resulting solution cannot be stored and must be used immediately. To<br />
identify optimal dosages and to avoid over-fining, first carry out clarification tests in the<br />
laboratory using incremental doses of gelatine, alone or combined with other clarifying<br />
agents. To enhance the clarifying effect, add gelatine gradually and evenly to the wine to be<br />
treated, using a Venturi tube or a dosing pump, into at least half of the total mass.<br />
