Die neue Kollektion »The <strong>Legend</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Dragon</strong>« ist ein Tribut an das Jahr des<br />
Drachen im chinesischen Kalender. Der chinesische Drache steht symbolisch für<br />
Erneuerung, Stärke, Erfolg und Glück. Die starke Anlehnung an die traditionelle chine<br />
sische Kunst, die Versace bereits in seinen Atelier- und Prêt-à-Porter-Kollektionen<br />
zelebrierte, kommt hier in den verwendeten Mustern und den Rot-, Gold- und<br />
Blautönen zum Ausdruck. Der majestätische chinesische Drache erstrahlt in seiner<br />
ganzen Pracht und Herrlichkeit. Den Hintergrund bilden opulente Barockmuster in<br />
Gold sowie vier kleine Medaillons, die abwechselnd die Sonne und das ikonische<br />
Medusenhaupt von Versace darstellen.<br />

Versace, a tribute to <strong>the</strong> Chinese new Year <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> dragon, symbol <strong>of</strong> innovation,<br />
strength, success and happiness. The strong evocation to Chinese traditional art, already<br />
celebrated in <strong>the</strong> Versace atelier and Prêt à Porter collections, is made evident<br />
in <strong>the</strong> patterns and colours <strong>of</strong> red, gold and blue. The magnificent Chinese <strong>Dragon</strong><br />
is represented in all its might and glory. The background is enriched with golden<br />
baroque motifs and by four small medallions representing <strong>the</strong> sun and <strong>the</strong> iconic<br />
Versace Medusa.<br />
La nuova collezione »The <strong>Legend</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Dragon</strong>« è un tributo all’anno del Drago<br />
del calendario cinese. Il drago cinese è simbolo di rinnovamento, forza, successo e<br />
fortuna. L’arte tradizionale cinese, già celebrata da Versace nelle collezioni Atelier e<br />
prêt-à-porter, è evocata con forza nei motivi decorativi e nella scelta dei colori rosso,<br />
oro e blu. Il maestoso drago cinese risalta in tutto il suo sfarzo e splendore. Lo<br />
sfondo è ornato da opulenti motivi barocchi in oro e da quattro piccoli medaglioni<br />
in cui si alternano il sole e l’iconica testa di medusa di Versace.
