Should you wish to make a provisional booking please contact<br />

one of our <strong>Christmas</strong> Co-ordinators on 01223 367701.<br />

To confirm your booking please complete the enclosed<br />

booking form and return it to us within 14 days with a deposit<br />

of £5.00 per person to guarantee the booking.<br />

If you confirm your booking and pay the deposit prior to<br />

31st October 2008, we will provide one bottle of house wine<br />

free of charge for every sixth person in your group<br />

We also offer a full range of beers, spirits and soft drinks<br />

from the bar for you to enjoy before, during and after your meal,<br />

together with port, brandy and liqueurs to accompany your coffee<br />

Relax and stay the night<br />

For guests wishing to stay overnight after their <strong>Christmas</strong> meal<br />

we are offering twin and double bedded rooms with private<br />

bath or shower, at a very special price of £85.00<br />

inclusive of full English breakfast and VAT.<br />

This price is for two people and is subject to availability<br />

If you wish to make a reservation for accommodation,<br />

please contact our Reservations Department.<br />

(Double rooms are normally £110 - £150 with English breakfast<br />

an additional £7.95 per person. Our £85 special offer price is<br />

available for one night only on the same date as your confirmed<br />

<strong>Christmas</strong> menu booking. It is not available in conjunction<br />

with any other menus)<br />
