Self-collection times at Cathay Cineplexes’ Head Office are between Mondays & Fridays, excluding Public Holidays & Eve of
Public Holidays, from 9am to 5pm.
Please collect the vouchers within two weeks from date of confirmation after which vouchers will be returned to head
office to be destroyed and discarded

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
General Terms and Conditions for All Vouchers and Cathay E! Passes:
All vouchers and Cathay E! Passes listed in this website are only valid for use at Cathay Cineplexes in Singapore.
Only original vouchers will be accepted. Replacement vouchers / Cathay E! Passes will be not extended if the original voucher is
damaged or lost.
Non-refundable & cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
A 50% cancellation charge from the total amount payable will be imposed on cancelled orders within 3 days from date of
confirmation.
All vouchers and Cathay E! Passes are not valid for redemption for group/corporate bookings or for bulk redemptions, as well as
other promotions and discounts such as but not limited to credit card rebates. Group / corporate bookings and bulk redemption
refer to the purchase of 20 or more tickets in a single transaction.
Strictly no extension of the expiry date will be allowed.
All vouchers are not valid for phone, online and kiosk bookings.
Vouchers and E! Passes cannot be sold or advertised without the prior written consent of Cathay Cineplexes.
Invoice will only be issued for orders above $900.
All cheques should be crossed and made payable to Cathay Cineplexes Pte Ltd.
The Management reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Validity period: 1 year from date of issue.
A minimum order quantity of 10 vouchers is required.
10 complimentary gift voucher holders will be provided with every purchase of 100 vouchers. Please note that this is upon
request.
This voucher can be used on any day of the week, at any time, for any movie title.
This voucher is not valid for 3D, Tamil, Hindi, Special-Priced Tickets, Movie Marathons, Platinum Movie Suites and Film
Festival titles.
This voucher is not valid for corporate & group bookings exceeding 20 or more tickets.
Terms and Conditions for 3D Movie Gift Voucher:
Validity period: 1 year from date of issue.
A minimum order quantity of 10 vouchers is required.

Validity Period: 1 year from date of issue.
A minimum order quantity of 10 vouchers is required for online purchases. Please walk in to our Platinum Movie Suites Box Office
at The Cathay (Level 5) for purchases below 10 vouchers.
Gift voucher holders will be provided with purchase of every voucher.
Each voucher entitles you to redeem for one admission tickets, for any movie screening at the
Platinum Movie Suites in Singapore.
This voucher can be used any day of the week, at any time, for any movie title screened at the
Platinum Movie Suites.
This voucher is not valid for special previews, movie marathons and other special screenings.
This voucher is not valid for corporate & group bookings exceeding 20 or more tickets.
