1. What is the 4G Mobile Handset Offer
• The 4G Mobile Handset Offer gives new and existing customers the opportunity
to purchase select 4G capable handsets/device at discounted prices during the
promotional period.
• Customers will receive a discount on select handset/device purchased during the
promotional period. Plus receive one month free 4G data service on all 4G
compatible devices purchased during the promotional period. Customers will
also receive
• Nokia purchases will receive 2 months free 4G data service purchased during the
promotional period.
• If customers activate a new postpaid account, valid for one year, they will
receive a 50% discount on select 4G handset/devices.
• Customers will be required to provide registration details for the device in order
to receive the FREE 4G data plan

2. What is the promotion period
• Promotion begins on Wednesday June 27tand ends on July 31st 2012 or while
stocks last.
3. Who can participate in the Promotion
• All new and existing Digicel customers who purchase one of select 4G capable
handset/devices, listed in the tables above.
• Customers must be new 4G Customers or Customers who are not currently on a
Data Plan and have not had an active Data plan within the last three (3) months.
4. If I have an active data plan will I still receive the FREE data offer at a later date
• No. Customers must be new 4G Customers or Customers who are not currently
on a Data Plan and have not had an active Data plan within the last three (3)
months.
5. How long will I receive FREE 4G data if I purchase a select handset

• Customers who purchase a select Nokia phone will receive FREE 4G data service
for 60 days.
• Customers who purchase a phone that is not a Nokia will receive FREE 4G data
service for 30 days.
• Customers receive 1GB of FREE 4G data for every 30 days received. That is 2GB
for Nokia handset purchases.
• Prepaid customers who purchase a Nokia handset will receive the entire 2GB of
data with an end date of 60 days after purchase
• Postpaid customers will receive 1GB of data each month until the end of the 60
day period. First activation of the FREE 4G data can be prorated based on the
date the plan is activated.
6. Will I receive free Blackberry service with the purchase of a select Blackberry
• Yes. With the purchase of a select Blackberry, customers will receive FREE 4G
1GB Blackberry service for a period of 30 Days.
7. What is required for me to receive this offer
• Customers will be required to provide registration details for the device in order
to receive the FREE data plan
• Registration details include:
Customer’s name
New phone IMEI
MSISDN
8. Can I benefit from this promotion at any dealer store
• Yes, customers will only receive the discount and data plans once they purchase
select handset/devices from any registered Digicel dealer store.
9. Can I register one handset more than once for FREE data

• No. Once a handset is registered the customer will have to purchase another to
receive FREE 4G data using another phone number.
10. Can I purchase more than one (1) handset/device under this promotion
• Yes, customers can purchase more than one device from this promotion.
However, FREE 4G data service can only be received on ONE phone number for
the promotional period.
11. Can I use my loyalty points to get a further discount on the phone prices
• Yes, once you have over 100 loyalty points it can be used to get a discount on the
phone prices.
12. Will I receive bonus credit or a free gift with my purchase
• NO. There is no bonus credit provided for any purchase of a handset for this
promotion.
13. How can I check my data bundle balance
• Customers will be required to dial *120*9# to check their available data balance.
14. Will I be able to benefit from this promotion if I am under the age of 18
• If the customer is under the age of 18 years they are still eligible for this
promotion but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when coming to
purchase a 4G phone and/or 4G device.
15. Will I receive a warranty with the purchase one of these phones
• Yes, all Digicel Phones purchased at Authorized dealers come with a one year
warranty. Conditions apply.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE DIGICEL
“4G MOBILE DATA PROMOTION 2012”
1. The Digicel 4G Mobile Data Promotion ‘the Promotion’, is available to all new
and existing Digicel prepaid and postpaid customers (‘Customers’).
2. The Promotion begins on Wednesday June 27 2012 and will continue to Tuesday
July 31 2012 or while stocks last or until such other date that Digicel will
determine, ‘the Promotion Period’.
3. During the Promotion Period Customers who purchase select 4G compatible
devices which includes 4G compatible phones, dongles and tablets on sale shall
receive one (1) or two (2) month’s free 1GB 4G mobile data plan service (“4G
Data Service”).
4. During the Promotion Period Customers who purchase any of the Blackberry or
Samsung phones on sale shall receive one (1) month’s 1 GB 4G Blackberry data
plan service.
5. During the Promotion Period Customers who purchase any of the Nokia devices
on sale shall receive two (2) month’s free 4G mobile data plan service i.e. (1 GB,
4G mobile data plan service per month).
6. To be eligible for the Promotion, Customers must be new 4G Customers or
Customers who are not currently on a Data Plan and have not had an active Data
plan within the last three (3) months.
7. Customers who do not purchase a 4G compatible device during the Promotion
Period shall not be eligible for this Promotion.

Postpaid Offer
9. During the Promotion Period, with the activation of a new postpaid account,
Customers shall be eligible to purchase the following select phones subject to
availability of stock:

10. All prices set out herein are subject to GCT.
11. The 50% discounted device prices are on offer to new Postpaid Customer
activations who sign a minimum 12 month service contract.
12. Existing Prepaid Customers can benefit from the Promotion if they convert to the
Postpaid service.
13. Customers who sign up will be bound by the Digicel Select terms and conditions
and shall be required to pay the applicable service plan deposit associated with the
Digicel Select Plan chosen by the Customer.

15. If the Customer terminates the contract before the end of the minimum contract
period the Customer will be liable to pay Digicel the pro-rated value of the device
calculated at the time of termination. For example “A Customer signs up for 12
months and the current cost of the phone is $17,180 + GCT, if the contract is broken
in the 8 th month of the contract then the cost the customer will pay will be
calculated as follows: $17,180/12= $1431.66, $1,431.66 x 4 months = $5,726.66
16. Customers can use loyalty points to purchase the abovementioned discounted
devices.
17. Customers will be required to provide the dealer with their mobile number, IMEI
and the code they receive which will be used by the Dealer to complete the
transaction to provide the free 4G Data Service.
18. For existing Customers the 4G Data Service will be added to the existing mobile
number that is already in use.
19. For new Digicel Customers, the 4G Data Service will be activated on the newly
purchased mobile number.
20. During the Promotional Period each Customer can purchase a maximum of two
(2) 4G Compatible Devices. Customers will not be able to transfer the 4G Data
Service.
21. The offer is good while stocks last.
22. Minors are eligible for this Promotion but must be accompanied by a parent or
guardian when coming to purchase a 4G phone and/or 4G device.
23. Digicel hereby specifically reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or
modify the Promotion if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the
administration, security, safety or proper function of the Promotion, as determined
by Digicel in its sole discretion.
24. Customers remain bound by the Digicel Select or Digicel Flex terms and
conditions.
25. Digicel reserves the right to at any time vary the terms of the Promotion, to amend
its Terms and Conditions, or to withdraw the Promotion. In any of these events
notice will be given via media advertisements or messages to subscribers and will
be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.

26. The general Terms and Conditions governing the relationship between Digicel and the
Digicel 4G Mobile Subscriber are set out in Digicel Data Service Terms and Conditions
and are additional to the terms and conditions hereof.
