the G-Couture
The made-to-measure suit for for the the Mercedes-Benz
G 55 55 AMG by by MANSORY impresses both visually
and technically. The entire exterior, up up to to the the lower
window edge and the the roof of of the the SUV, are are made
of of high-strength, ultra-light carbon. By By using the the
autoclave prepreg method, the the carbon is is highly
compressed in in a a special pressure chamber, removing
every single air air inclusions from the the material.
Normally, this processing method is is only used in in the the
aircraft and aerospace industry, as as it it is is very costintensive.
However, MANSORY does not not accept any
compromise when it it comes to to quality, and transforms
the the Mercedes SUV into a a luxury vehicle in in a a class
of of its its own that is is limited to to just seven examples.

Interior
Of course, the interior design is nothing short of the
exclusive exterior. MANSORY has replaced the back
bench with individual seats. Their lateral support
accommodates all requirements expected in a car of this
class. A unique application is the continuous central
console which now stretches from the rear seat to the
cockpit. It offers the rear passengers integrated monitors
that are linked to the DVD entertainment system.
The MANSORY upholstery department allows only the
finest leathers to be used for the interior. The perfectly
processed hides do not only stand out for their durability
but especially for the very pleasant feel of their surfaces.
The exquisite overall impression is enhanced by the airbag
sports steering wheel and the aluminium pedal system. The
entire customization of the passenger cabin is emphasised
by applications made of real python skin, enhanced with
silver and crowned with G-Couture logos in the head rests.

Fully forged & Alloy Wheels
In order to transfer this enormous power of the
all-wheel-drive onto the road’s surface, MANSORY
equips the G-Couture with four high-performance
Scorpion tyres (305/35 R 23) made by Pirelli, and
new one-part SUV rims, measuring 23 inches.

High Performance
The specialists at MANSORY also put the same
integrate work into the engine’s modification.
MANSORY replaces the majority of the parts
with high-performance components from the
Mercedes-Benz SLR. This extensive modification
of the MANSORY G-Couture results in impressive
700 HP (515 kW) instead of 507 HP (373 kW)
generated by the production series G 55 AMG. The
engineers at MANSORY boosted the maximum
torque from 780 Nm to an amazing 880 Nm.
