THE COUNTY OF MUSKEGON FLAG<br />
This flag was developed for the <strong>County</strong> of <strong>Muskegon</strong> to represent this<br />
community. The blue represents the many bodies of water in our<br />
county; the tan represents the sand of our wonderful beaches; the green<br />
for our bountiful fields, forests and nature trails; and the stars represent<br />
all of our local governmental units - cities, townships and villages. The<br />
<strong>County</strong> seal, which was developed in 1859, remains representative of the<br />
great things that make this community a wonderful place to live and<br />
work.
