This Duffy's Forest Ecological Community Wildlife Corridor at the proposed hospital site, in fauna
terms is like a heart between two lungs, much is said about the blocked road arteries that head off in
four directions but to move this wildlife corridor is like deciding instead of taking a vein from the
leg to perform a “Heart bypass”, re-locating the heart to one's leg – if the Pulmonary Artery can't
supply the Lungs the patient will die. The services of this proposed hospital would be prohibitively
inaccessible due to traffic gridlock especially from the North where Wakehurst Parkway is prone to
flooding.
We also need to consider the Land Title, in the Yora Language of the word Ku-ring-gai means
Koori owned (ngai meaning owned) was an early acknowledgement of Native Title denied by
Lieutenant James Cook who declared the East Coast of Australia “Terra nullius incognito” and
claimed New South Wales as British Territory. Eight years later Govornor Philip arrived with the
First Fleet Settlers and in their provisions were small vials of live smallpox scabs with the unstated
reason being to spread them on blankets to give to the Aboriginals, this was an act of Genocide that
reportedly killed half of Sydney's indigenous population within the first 12 months and I expect
made the rest compliant due to illness.
Unlike the United States, the case cannot be argued as with the that of American Indians 100 years
earlier that this was a mistake as much research had been done on smallpox by this stage
transmission of the illness was understood so anyone with it was isolated and bedclothes not shared,
development of vaccines was well under way.
In Australia the “Aboriginals” were generally regarded as native fauna and I can see the way this
Government treats fauna is pretty poor (as are the laws of “Colonial” Israel where the Palestinians
are referred to with the Hebrew word for “Cattle”). Despite this on at least two occasions prior to
Federation, European Settlers have been convicted of Homocide for killing Aboriginals, on the
second occasion the trial of the perpetrators of the “Myall Creek Massacre” was declared a
miss-trial when the entire jury acquitted the accused men because killing “monkeys” is not a crime

whom were forcibly displaced by what are effectively policies of institutionalised Genocide – some
of the plant species present on the site are uncommon for the area and a report indicates that these
were deliberately planted by the indigenous tribe for some as yet unknown reason adding to it's
genetic diversity, it may have been a place of great cultural and spiritual significance. Conny Harris
has been told verbally that Frenchs Forest was the land of the sleeping (giant) lizard or goanna.

A Tiger Quoll (Dasyurus Macularus – more correct description would be Spotted Tail Quoll) was
photographed in the wild for the first time in 141 years at the Grampians in Victoria. Connie Harris
has a report showing that a scat containing a hair from a Tiger Quoll (Spotted Tail Quoll –
Dasyurus Macularus, determined from the DNA from the hair) was found recently in Narrabeen
Lagoon Catchment that adjoins the Wildlife Corridor ear-marked for construction of the "Northern
Beaches Hospital".

An Echidna has been rescued recently on the Wakehurst Parkway adjacent to this site as well as
signs of (Southern Brown) Bandicoots in the area.
These Hospital services would be better provided from the site of the existing Mona Vale Hospital
which is far more accessible in almost all circumstances - Manly hospital should be renovated and
maintained for complimentary services.
The logic of our establishment is like King Solomon who in 1 Kings 3 16-28 suggested the quite
rational suggestion of cutting a child in half to share equally between two “Harlots” who disputed
custodial maternity of a child - Word of Solomon's “wisdom” is legendary, yet it was the wisdom
of the prostitute who was the child's real mother was prepared to be reasonable because it was
more important to her that her child lived.
Bio-banking assumes that the environment is a commodity that can be traded – this in the case of a
wildlife corridor is totally illogical as anywhere else it cannot perform the same function, regardless
the Duffy's Forest EC land being purchased is not being created “ex nihilo” (from nothing) and is
already protected under the Threatened Species act despite the fact that it may be still in private
hands – all this process does is line some landowner's pocket.
To replace two Public Hospitals with one “for profit” run Private/Public Hospital constructed and
run by most likely a Foreign Corporate Multinational who might choose to cater for specialist “Fly
in - Fly out” surgery and probably staffed with workers on 457 Visas turns public health into a
trade-able commodity as well – all in fitting with the “Bankster's” United Nation's Agenda 21.
The point being that Pythagorean Rationalism dictates the politics of “Globalism” and one needs to
note the difference between being “Rational” (concise) and “Reason” being correct.
Our Politicians wilfully ignore Science (knowledge) at our peril for dogmatic reasons as they are
captive to special interest groups and NGO's targeted survey groups that pull their strings.
The Global Medical and Pharmaceutical industries are big players that mostly drive up the cost of
medical procedures funded privately. I offer another of my articles, an example from King

Up until recently I believed that Australia was a Democracy and writing such submissions could
effect the “Democratic Process” of decision making. I threw myself headlong several years ago into
trying to stop the demolition of the illegally closed Beacon Hill High School (documents had been
withheld from a Legislative Council “Call of Papers”. Then the ICAC inquiry was de-funded and

closed the day I was contacted to give evidence – the planning department called my mobile to
confirm that I had received their letter in the mail before close of business that very day. If the
1940's built Manly Selective Campus had been moved to the much more modern (1964 -1976 built)
Beacon Hill High School the vacated “Manly Boy's” site would have provided an ideal place for a
“Northern Beaches Hospital” but reasoning skills have never been a prerequisite for the Political
Dogma of our State Governments.
Ah, but we had a change of Government I hear you say We had a change of Political franchise and
this Corporation (Government), is equally as corrupt as the last Government because they represent
the Banks who dictate the privatisation Agenda (21) of the UN. Like the US under George Bush
then Barak Obama the killing just goes on unabated and Obama's Nobel Peace prize was only ever a
“promissory note” - Sam Haddad is still the Appointed Director General of planning NSW so we
have a “Continuation of Governance” as they say about the United States under the Patriot act.
When I attended the NSW2021 forum at Dee Why RSL on February 29 th 2012, Brad Hazzard
answered my question about the “Endangered Duffy's Forest Ecological Community Wildlife
Corridor” on the site, he answered that the Wildlife Corridor could be “moved” elsewhere.
After the meeting I stood beside Conny Harris, who was questioning what she had just heard by
quizzing the minute taker, who was identified by Pat Boydell as Vicki Taylor (Chief Executive,
Northern Sydney Area Health Network), and she recited a confirmation in point form of what Mr
Hazzard said directly after the meeting. This was later denied by Vicki Taylor's “Personal Assistant”
who argued that there was no record taken of this Public Question and Answer session in front of a
Full house of mainly Hospital staff in Dee Why RSL Auditorium.
Why was the Slogan being used on 20 Page colour landscape handout on the NSW2021 forum
“Vision 2021” rather than so called perfect vision of “20-20”
So if this Hospital is going to be adverse for the people of the Northern Beaches
and the Environment, Who benefit's
Will NSW be always a year behind the times or is the NSW2021 program the insidious arm of the
UN's Agenda21 “Sustainable Development” program This is more about empowering the
Globalist Banks to convert Public Assets into private capital thus returning Citizens to “feudal
serfdom” as was the case under the Roman Empire.
Has the NSW taxpayer had to step in to rescue the Royal North Shore which was built in
partnership with the Royal Bank Of Scotland (RBOS) I recall the debacle the privatisation of Port
Macquarie Hospital under Nick Greiner, these Governments need to learn that such important
infrastructure needs to be provided by Government yet again, the O'Farrell Government now wants
to put us $1Billion+ in hock for another PPP Hospital badly located just 20 Minutes away from
Royal North Shore at Frenchs Forest. Building a hospital in on this wildlife corridor would likely
ensure that swamp wallabies become extinct around Manly Dam and Seaforth and displace the
endangered Duffy's Forest Ecological Community.
Multinational's, like for example General Motors often use subsiduaries such as Holden to strip
Capital from the Governments that underwrite them with subsidies with promises of creating
employment or providing services – this can become an extortion raquet.

The Global Finacial Crisis was created through "Colateralising" debt then "investing" it as
"Capital" – Fannie May and Freddie Mac defaulted because of derivatives called CDO's
(Colateralised Debt Obligations) that failed to pay as promised due to default, in a scheme similar
to Nick Greiner's "HomeFund" Low Start Housing Loans Scheme.
When the Former Government sold out half of Royal North Shore Hospital to create a Public
Private Partnership with the Royal Bank of Scotland the agreement our joint venture partner had a
good pedigree and was underwritten by the British Government and was one of the Worlds most
successful banks. However in April and May of 2009 it accepted two deposits, authorised by Alan
Greenspan - totaling $15 Trillion From HSBC to be converted to "mid term notes" for investment
with many other banks on the European short term money market. As Viscount James of
Blackheath explained to the House of Lords on Feb 16 2012 the amount of gold reportedly
transferred was many times the total amount of gold ever traded in world history so it is safe to
assume that the capital was bogus (Colatoralized Debt – Negative Money) and interest was being
paid on a fake investment, effectively Royal Bank Of Scotland had become a Zombie Bank -

Under the Proposed Public Private Partnership what is to stop the Northern Beaches Hospital
becoming a "Zombie" making the Government captive to Globalist Voodoo Economics This
Government could be feeding News South Wales taxpayers to the vultures.
Mike Baird was the “Sub Prime” candidate for Manly Liberal Pre-selection, so much so that then
Opposition Leader Peter Debnam personally cold called most Manly Liberal Party branch members
to tell them to vote for him, this almost backfired with the High Profile son of Liberal Party
Foundation Member turned recalcitrant right wing firebrand Independent Member for Manly
(Evelyn Douglass Darby), Former 1972 Werriwa Liberal Candidate and “Save Manly Hospital
Committee” advocate, Michael Darby was considered a shoe in to run up against sitting
Independent David Barr.
This rejection led to Michael Darby's defection to become NSW Director of the Christian
Democrats.

The download link for the former "Frenchs Forest Specialised Centre - State Significant Site Study"
is no longer on the internet but the argument that there will be future expansion that could displace
for instance the school is worthy of consideration.
Consider that Genocide means the slaughter of one species (often a human tribe or race) and that
ecocide is far worse as it wipes out many species, it's practitioners should not hold a Public Office
and should have the full force of law applied to them.
The dogma espoused by successive State Governments that there is no alternative to building a
hospital in this location holds as much logical weight as the Theological argument that the Earth is a
flat plate supported on “four pillars” and can be tipped on it's side as stated in the the Old Testament
– If you accept both arguments as fact how do you explain the tides
