Job Title: Human Resources Advisor (Operations or Development)<br />
APS6, Salary $80,010 to $91,910 p.a. plus Super<br />
Reports to: EL1 HR Manager<br />
Security Classification: Baseline<br />
What will you do<br />
Human Resources Advisor - Operations: Develop HR policy, procedures and guidelines Contribute to the delivery of HR<br />
operational activities and consulting services including: recruitment and on boarding, performance management, Work Health<br />
and Safety, rehabilitation and case management, reporting, payroll and entitlements, and workplace relationsProvide timely HR<br />
advice to <strong>CrimTrac</strong> staff and managers. Represent the agency at relevant HR forums. Co-ordinate multiple projects including<br />
managing external suppliers and competing prioritiesJudiciously manage HR contracts and resources External/internal<br />
reporting and briefing Supervise a small team responsible for the delivery of HR services to the agency Act with discretion<br />
and exercise good judgement in HR , while maintaining accurate records Support the HR Manager Operations, Director HR and<br />
the HR team in HR service provision as required.<br />
Human Resources Advisor - Development: Contribute to the development and delivery of integrated HR approaches to<br />
improve organisational performance, including: workforce planning, leadership, succession and talent management, learning and<br />
development, performance management framework, diversity and WHSProvide HR consulting services including performance<br />
case management Co-ordinate multiple projects including managing external suppliers and competing priorities Represent<br />
the Agency at relevant external HR forums Judiciously manage HR contracts and resources External/internal reporting and<br />
briefing Act with discretion and exercise good judgement in HR , while maintaining accurate records Support the HRD<br />
Manager, Director HR and the HR team in HR service provision as required.<br />

2. Ideally you will have:<br />
Formal qualifications in human resource management (preferred).<br />
Substantial knowledge of, and experience in, human resource management and associated APS policy, legislation and<br />
regulations<br />

For Human Resources Advisor - Operations:<br />
Demonstrate experience successfully managing integrated HR services covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle<br />
Demonstrate relevant experience supervising individuals or small teams<br />
For Human Resources Advisor - Development:<br />
Demonstrate experience in the provision, analysis and interpretation of HR reporting<br />
Demonstrate experience in procuring and managing learning and development programs, projects and consultants<br />
AND/ OR<br />
Diversity Program and WHS implementation and management
