Shipping: we ship with UPS X-Rite Account via UPS HUB if requested (custom cleared in<br />
Germany). For further Shipping instructions by your side – you have to contact X-Rite Order<br />
Management : easternorders@xrite.com Shipping information, shipment method, lead time,<br />
delivery confirmation, details, etc. can be discussed with the colleagues.<br />
Orders: orders have to be placed to easternorders@xrite.com using the X-Rite Template<br />

Warranty: All X-Rite devices have 12months + 12 months = 2 year warranty. For the additional<br />
1 year warranty, the Customer understands that if there is some issues by<br />
production/warranty, one way shipment of the product is covered by the Customer.<br />

For Warranty or any other cases when you send a unit to X-Rite Service Team, you have to ask<br />
for RMA Number /Tracking number for the unit that you send back/.<br />
