Horizontal Match - The matching half of the design is on the same horizontal line as<br />
the next hung length.<br />
Random Hang - No match points evident. Often used with vertical stripe<br />

Half Drop - The match falls somewhere between the pattern repeat on<br />
the opposite side of the wallpaper.<br />
Moderate - Would have a minimum rating of 3 when tested in accordance with EN233<br />
lightfast testing procedure.<br />
A wall covering whereby large strips may be manually removed, by pulling, whilst the<br />
paper is dry, completely removing it from the substrate (wall) it was attached to.<br />

Means that the adhesive should be applied to the reverse of the<br />
wallcovering before application to the wall.<br />
Means that the adhesive should be applied to the surface that the wallcovering is being hung<br />
onto. e.g. the wall, and the paper applied dry direct from the roll. Note: The paper can still be<br />
pasted and hung in the conventional way if desired.<br />
Spongeable - A wallcovering from which the adhesive may be wiped off the face of the paper with<br />
a damp soft cloth or sponge at the time of hanging without causing visible damage, providing it is<br />
done whilst the adhesive is still damp. No subsequent washability is claimed or implied.<br />
Washable - A finished wall covering from which dirt and some domestic water based stains may<br />
be cleaned carefully from the front face with a damp sponge and soapy water. Oils, fats and<br />
solvent based stains are not expected to be removeable.<br />

IMPORTANT<br />
Before hanging check that the rolls are undamaged, that numbers and letters are the same for each roll of this design and that all colours match. Return any defective roll with its label to where it was purchased. Take extra care<br />
when papering around electric light switches and power points. Do not allow excess moisture to drip onto electrical contacts. For optimum results use high quality pre-mixed adhesive and follow manufacturer’s instructions: allow to<br />
soak until pliable, approximately 4-5 minutes, making sure edges are well pasted. Do not overlap, use butt joints. Carefully wipe off excess paste immediately with a clean damp sponge failure to do so may result in serious damage<br />
to the surface. After hanging 2 or 3 lengths inspect the result to ensure that there is no shading or other faults. No claim for hanging costs will be allowed for goods hung in excess of one roll.<br />
PREPARATION<br />
Prepare wall be removing all traces of dirt, old wallpaper, distemper or loose paint. Do not hang wall coverings on any wall with a history of dampness. Fill any cracks and allow to dry before hanging. Absorbent surfaces can be sized<br />
with a weak solution of wall covering adhesive following the manufacturer’s instructions. Lining paper should be hung horizontally and allowed to dry completely. To avoid shrink back we recommend that the paper allowed to dry<br />
out naturally. It is therefore also recommended that any central heating is turns off until the natural process has occurred.<br />
WICHTIG<br />
Bitte stellen Sie vor dem Tapezieren sicher, dass alle Rollen unbeschädigt sind, die gleichen Muster, Kennzahlen und Buchstaben aufweisen und farblich zusammen passen. Bitte prüfen Sie nach dem Öffnen der Verpackung<br />
umgehend die Ware auf Beschädigungen und wenden Sie sich in diesem Fall an Ihren Verkäufer. Spätere Reklamationen können leider nicht berücksichtigt werden. Beim Tapezieren rund um die Lichtschalter ist besondere Vorsicht<br />
geboten. Bitte lassen Sie keine Klebemittel auf elektrische Kontakte tropfen. Für optimale Ergebnisse sollten Sie einen bereits vom Hersteller gemischten Kleister verwenden und dessen Verarbeitungshinweise beachten. Lassen Sie<br />
den Kleister ca. 4-5 Minuten einweichen, bis die Tapete biegsam ist, und achten Sie darauf, dass die Ränder der Tapete gut bekleistert sind. Die Tapeten dürfen sich nicht überlappen und müssen stumpf aneinander gefügt werden.<br />
Überschüssiger Kleister sollte auf der bedruckten Seite sofort mit einem sauberen Schwamm vorsichtig abgewischt werden. Ansonsten können auf der Tapetenoberfläche schwerwiegende Schäden auftreten. Nach dem Aufhängen<br />
von 2-3 Längen ist das Ergebnis auf Schattierungen oder andere Mängel hin zu überprüfen. Kostenansprüche die den Arbeitsaufwand von einer Rolle übersteigen, können nicht geltend gemacht werden.<br />
VORBEREITUNGSARBEITEN<br />
Schmutz, alte Tapeten, Leimfarben und lockerer Anstrich sind vollständig von der zu tapezierenden Wand zu entfernen. Tapezieren Sie keine Wände, bei denen es in Vergangenheit oder aktuell Feuchtigkeitsprobleme aufgetreten<br />
sind. Unebenheiten, Risse und Löcher sind vor Beginn der Arbeiten zu beseitigen. Die Wandoberfläche muss komplett trocken sein. Zu schnelles abtrocknen der Tapete durch einen Heizlüfter oder die Zentralheizung kann dazu<br />
führen, dass sie sich zusammen zieht. Wir empfehlen daher die Wand auf natürlichem Wege, das heißt ohne Einfluss von zusätzlichen Heizquellen, trocknen zu lassen.<br />
IMPORTANT<br />

une colle pre-melangée de haute qualité et suivez les instructions du fabricant. Encollez le papier et attendez jusqu’ à ce qu’il soit souple après environ 4-5 minutes, et vérifiez que les bords sont bien encollés. Essuyez<br />
immédiatement et soigneusement toute la colle superflue avec une éponge propre et humide. Ne pas chevaucher les bords, glissez- les côte à côte. Le non-respect de cette dernière indication peut entrainer une détérioration<br />
importante de la surface: Après avoir appliqué 2 ou 3 longueurs, inspectez le résultat afin de vous assurer qu’il n’y ait pas d’ombres ni d’autres défauts. Nous n’accepterons aucune réclamation pour de la marchandise dont plus d’un<br />
rouleau aura été posé.<br />
PREPARATION<br />
Pour la préparation des murs éliminez toutes traces de saleté, vieux papier peint, badigeon ou peinture qui s’écaille. Ne posez pas de papier peint sur un mur humide. Bouchez toutes les fissures et laissez sécher avant de poser le<br />
papier. Sur les surfaces poreuses vous pouvez passer une colle pour papiers, qui sera fluide et diluée selon les indications du fabricant. Le papier d’apprêt se pose horizontalement. Laissez sécher complètement. Pour éviter tout<br />
rétrécissement, nous vous conseillons de laisser sécher le papier de façon naturelle, tout en éteignant le chauffage central.<br />
