We are delighted to bring your notice that <strong>Bangladesh</strong> <strong>Institute</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> <strong>Management</strong> (BIBM) has<br />
initiated an endeavor <strong>for</strong> organizing Annual <strong>Bank</strong>ing Conference since 2012, which is a two day-long<br />
international gathering intends to bring together banking experts, academicians and researchers from all<br />
over the world to exchange and share knowledge, experience and research outputs on banking and related<br />
issues. The Annual <strong>Bank</strong>ing Conference-2013 will be held in November, 2013 at BIBM, Dhaka. The<br />
Conference sessions will be conducted under the following three broad thematic areas-<br />
• Trends and Changes in <strong>Bank</strong>ing;<br />
• Globalization and International <strong>Bank</strong>ing; and<br />
• Risk <strong>Management</strong> and Sustainable <strong>Bank</strong>ing.<br />
Manuscript Submission, Review Process and Notification <strong>of</strong> Acceptance<br />
Please e-mail to bankingconference@bibm.org.bd by 30 June 2013 <strong>for</strong> submission <strong>of</strong> abstract and 31<br />
August 2013 <strong>for</strong> submission <strong>of</strong> full paper which will undergo a double blind peer review process and<br />
notification <strong>of</strong> acceptance will be announced on or be<strong>for</strong>e 30 September 2013. Review process will<br />
determine the quality and suitability <strong>of</strong> the paper <strong>for</strong> the conference. Conference paper must be in English<br />
language. The author(s) are advised to follow the following <strong>for</strong>mat to submit a paper:<br />
Abstract Size: within 250 to 300 words.<br />
Full paper length: 5000 words to 8000 words.<br />
Letter font: Time New Roman.<br />
Letter Size: 12<br />
Paper size: A4 Size<br />
Reference: Please check the link below and it is applicable <strong>for</strong> serial number 15 and 16.<br />

The full paper must be 1.5-space with 1 inch <strong>of</strong> all outside boarders and MSWord only.<br />
The cover page <strong>of</strong> the paper should include the affiliation, address, phone number and email address <strong>of</strong><br />
each author.<br />

Proceedings and Publication Opportunities<br />
The finally selected papers will be published in the conference proceedings and will be hosted in the<br />
BIBM website which can be accessed and viewed by the researchers and academicians around the world.<br />
There is no publication fee <strong>for</strong> the finally selected papers submitted by the <strong>Bangladesh</strong>i authors. A printed<br />
copy <strong>of</strong> the conference proceedings will be provided to all authors free <strong>of</strong> cost. In case <strong>of</strong> co-author, only<br />
one author will present the paper in the conference. Again, an author can present only one paper.<br />
