A Calcutta will be held on Friday evening before the races kick<br />
<strong>of</strong>f. Venue: Royal Hotel Mendooran, Bundulla Street<br />
Time: 7.30pm<br />
Mendooran Turf Club Races<br />
The sport <strong>of</strong> kings comes alive at Mendooran once a year at<br />
the annual horse races.<br />
Venue: Mendooran Racecourse<br />
Time: Luncheon from 11am, racing from 1pm<br />
Cost: adults $10<br />
Post-races Entertainment<br />
Call back to the pub and enjoy some free live entertainment.<br />

Community members are invited to attend Council meetings <strong>of</strong><br />
the <strong>Warrumbungle</strong> Shire Council<br />
An open forum will be conducted during the meeting and any<br />
members <strong>of</strong> the public who wish to address the meeting on<br />
particular matters are invited to lodge their name with Sally<br />
Morris on 6849 2000 prior to the meeting.<br />
