Correction for subcooling ∆t sub<br />

The evaporator capacity used must be corrected<br />

if subcooling deviates from 4 K.<br />

The corrected capacity can be obtained<br />

by dividing the evaporator capacity by the<br />

correction factor given below.<br />

Insufficient subcooling can produce flash gas.<br />
