Minutes of pre-bid meeting held on 16 May 2013<br />
The Pre bid meeting for the above was held on 16 May 2013 in the SHRC Office as scheduled.<br />

The price of the water product generated could be fixed<br />
What standards will be followed for water products<br />
For Scheme B and C who will be the decision making authority<br />
for deciding the operator of water plant<br />
The selling of the water should be limited to the concerned<br />
village only and should not create after market.<br />
Will any extra charges be levied for delivery of water to the<br />
After discussions with all the bidders present following rates were<br />
fixed:<br />
• For Scheme-B water products could be sold a @ 10 paisa per<br />
litre<br />
• For scheme-C @20 paisa /litre<br />
Water quality shall have to confirm to WHO standards, namely 50 -150<br />
PPM.<br />
Community will decide the plant operator and the person who<br />
operates plant should be a resident of the village concerned.<br />
The water generated/produced in the plant should be sold and<br />
consumed within the boundaries of the concerned village only.<br />
There is no fixed delivery points in this pilot villages, this will solely<br />
households or other consumer<br />
