Have you ever wondered where all the excessive cooking by-products like fats, grease and steam go when you are using 

your rangehood? 

Often you may find that your rangehood is being vented into the roof space - where over time - this can not only create an 

invitation for vermin to enter your home to feed on the cooking residues, but also greatly increase the risk and spread of fire 

within your home. 

Elsewhere in the world - and becoming an increasing requirement here in Australia - it is legislated that appliances such as 

rangehoods, be vented outside to protect your greatest assets - your family and your home. 

JPM have compiled a range of complete kit formats to safely expel the unwanted fumes and odours outside via 3 external 

methods ie... Wall, Eave and Roof. 

We also pride ourselves on offering a superior fire and heat resistant range of Australian approved, flexible ducting - AO 

Semi-Rigid aluminium ducting & SUpurr-FLEX® Multi-layered, metallic ducting. 

This coupled with the many innovative external vents and component options, ensures that the likelihood of a tragedy 

occurring by insufficiently venting your rangehood is all but eliminated. 

New to our range is the Layflat System of fire retardant, self-extinguishing, plastic ducting and components that offers a low 

profile, rectangular venting format for installations that have minimal space allowances. 

The external dimensions of L210mm x W66mm offers greater options to vent in-between floors, wall spaces, or on the top of 

kitchen cabinets in a smooth, efficient manner that is less conspicuous than other forms of ducting.

Roof Mushroom Cowl Kits 

Deflect-o Roof Cowl venting kits are universal fitting and ideal for 

ventilation options requiring bends to navigate around 

obstacles within the roof cavity. 

Supplied with the most efficient type of flexible ducting - 

Semi-Rigid aluminium ducting holds its full diameter and form 

when bent into shape, and also offers a superior temperature 

range to that of flexible foil type ducting. 

Ducting expands to a straight length of 3000mm and should be 

extended in sections from the centre - out to each end.
