Objectives<br />
<strong>TASC3</strong>-<strong>Global</strong> Health is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (<strong>IQC</strong>) that supports USAID missions and<br />
bureaus worldwide in their effort to improve global health in population, health, nutrition and<br />
infectious diseases (excluding HIV/AIDS research). <strong>TASC3</strong> is a customized, cost-efficient,<br />
comprehensive mechanism that allows USAID to easily access technical consultation and program<br />
support from experienced health organizations to meet their evolving needs.<br />

The <strong>Abt</strong> <strong>Associates</strong> <strong>TASC3</strong> team is uniquely qualified, regionally positioned, and dedicated to<br />
supporting USAID to implement strategic objectives that contribute to improved global health<br />
outcomes in population, health, nutrition and infectious diseases. To meet this objective, the <strong>Abt</strong><br />
team brings top-notch capabilities in all six functional areas covered by <strong>TASC3</strong>: service delivery,<br />
health policy reform, community mobilization and behavior change, monitoring and evaluation,<br />
capacity building, and commodity systems management. Additionally, the <strong>Abt</strong> team offers a track<br />
record of results delivered on time and within budget, flexible management practices designed for<br />
field realities, and high levels of customer satisfaction. The <strong>Abt</strong> <strong>TASC3</strong> team represents a range of<br />
