The S6viet Government is able to supply sufficient buildings to house the needy children, but it is not<br />

yet able to equip and take care of these homes.<br />

It costs $5 per child to equip and $2 a month per child to care for it. This includes food, clothing,<br />

vocational training and medical attention.<br />
