Exhibitors’ Evening
Monday, 14 June 17.00-20.00
The Exhibitors’ Evening at the Marina Congress Center will kick off the conference social
programme. You will have the possibility to acquaint yourself with the engaging exhibition and at
the same time enjoy some wine and snacks. Don’t forget to participate in the competition! All the
participants and accompanying persons are cordially welcomed to join in the evening’s activities. If
you missed the pre-registration and still want to partake in the evening’s activities, you can register
during Sunday and Monday morning registration hours at the registration desk.
Helsinki City Reception
Tuesday, 15 June 18.00-20.00
City Hall, Pohjoisesplanadi 11-13
The City of Helsinki will welcome us at the City Reception at the
City Hall. This reception is open for the pre-registered participants,
accompanying persons and exhibitors. You will fi nd the invitation
card in your personal registration envelope. Please take your
invitation with you and remember to wear your personal badge.
Gala Dinner
Wednesday, 16 June 19.30-24.00
Restaurant Kalastajatorppa, Kalastajatorpantie 1
At the Gala Dinner you will be able to enjoy Finnish cuisine and live music. Please remember
to bring your invitation card to the Gala Dinner. The dinner is for
pre-registered participants, and your invitation card can be found
in your personal registration envelope. If you have not registered
earlier, you still have a possibility to buy a Gala Dinner ticket (80 €)
on Monday – please ask for it at the registration desk.
