Banderas. A former professional ballroom dancer volunteers
at a New York public school to teach dance. The hiphop
instincts of his students soon clash with his ballroom
methods, so he teams up with them to create a new style

MOD Independence Day policy
Supervisors may use a liberal leave policy
especially if work requirements are
reduced significantly on the holiday.
Employees are required to work, or they may
request leave. Activities should schedule
workloads to ensure effective utilization of
MOD employees on those days. Employees
will be excused from duty, with pay, only
when circumstances prevent management
from assigning duties. (For Industrial MOD
Employees: compensatory days earned
according to the Industrial working time
administration arrangement is taken on U.S.
holidays. Employees who do not have compensatory
time to their credit will be
required to work or may request leave.)
The American Red Cross
The RAF Lakenheath American Red
Cross Summer Youth Volunteer program
runs July 10 through Aug. 11 for ages 12 to
21. Orientations are scheduled for 9 a.m.,
June 26, 30 and July 7 in Building 950. Preregistration
is required for the orientation.

Home buying
A stateside home buying seminar will be
at the RAF Mildenhall family support center
from 1 to 4 p.m., Tuesday. This class should
be taken one year prior to a PCS move. Learn
about preparing financially, finding that
dream home, obtaining a mortgage and closing
the deal.
Employment connections
Employment connections will be 9 a.m. to
noon Monday at the RAF Mildenhall family
support center. This class will help people
learn about the local labor market and find
out what jobs are available on and off base.
Personnel specialists will be available to
answer questions concerning hiring procedures
and also provide applications for job
vacancies.
Love and logic parenting
Love and Logic parenting course will be
8:30 a.m. until 4 p.m., June 24. The class
helps with raising children to be responsible
and respectful.
