Dear Instructor,<br />
Due to the success of last year’s tournament Mugendo Association of <strong>Ireland</strong> Senior<br />
Championships are once again being hosted in Lordship Co, Louth on Sunday April 11 th .<br />
This year we have decided to include full contact kickboxing for novice and intermediate<br />
fighters.<br />
Any full contact fighter who has had no more than 8 fights is eligible to compete.<br />
Any fighter who holds a National full contact title will NOT be able to compete in full contact.<br />
We will endeavour to cater for all weights in full contact but as this is a new division we may<br />
drop some categories where there are not enough competitors.<br />

Please note any competitor fighting in full contact will not be<br />
allowed to compete in any other category<br />

First Division starts 11.30 am sharp.

It is compulsory for All Competitors to wear All Safety Gear:<br />
- Head Guard - Mouth Guard<br />
- Shin Guards - Foot Guards<br />
- Breast Guard (Ladies) - Groin Guard (Male & Female)<br />
- Gloves – Light Contact: 10 oz closed palm<br />
- Semi Contact: open palm, fingers closed/covered<br />
Divisions: - Novice and Advanced Light Contact (Continuous) <strong>Kickboxing</strong> for both<br />
Male and Female.<br />
- Novice and Advanced Semi Contact (Points) <strong>Kickboxing</strong> for both<br />
Male and Female.<br />
- Novice divisions apply to 1 st , 2 nd and 3 rd Grades only.<br />
- Advanced divisions applies to 4 th Grade upwards.<br />
