of professional services. Our engineers and support staff are
readily available for consultation throughout your investment
decision-making process to fully clarify our top-level

Commissioning and Maintenance
Your factory-inspected dryer system will be installed by our
qualified service technicians. Afterwards, our technicians will
commission your system and create a unique takeover protocol
involving all essential system parameters.
Our engineers and technicians are at your disposal for service
assignments and maintenance work. Quick-responding, local
assistance is available through our network of trained service
partners in all major geographic regions. On-site training of
your employees by our certified technicians is also available.
Spare parts
Our knowledgeable support staff is available to assist you
in the specification and ordering of spare and replacement
parts. Localized spare part distribution centers ensure a quick
response for time-critical service. Important components
such as lamps, reflectors, UV modules, electronically power
supplies are produced in-house.
Machine Relocations
We offer assistance during the relocation of machinery
through our technical support team. Together we can plan
and execute the various stages of disassembly, transportation,
preparation of the new location, and the recommissioning
of the machinery.
Dryer Inspection
A dryer inspection is an analysis of your system by one of
our specialized service technicians. After a comprehensive
assessment, we offer recommendations for optimizing functionality
and avoiding breakdowns.
A dryer inspection includes:
• Preliminary examination.
• Analysis of the error message memory bank and operatinghours
counter.
• Visual inspection of the dryer.
• Functional testing of all components.
• List of necessary parts.
• Customer consultancy.
Service Contract
The smallest of faults can be the cause of the greatest problems.
For example; a defective ventilation flap, faulty tube,
irregularly checked lamps, low cooling water levels, or a
clogged air filters. This can result in disrupted or stopped production,
reduced drying performance, and damaged machinery.
This in turn results in time lost due to trouble-shooting,
waiting and delivery time, the necessary repair work, and the
potential problem of technician availability. This can all be
simply avoided through regular servicing. Servicing includes:
• Visual inspection of all components and equipment.
• Cleaning work.
• Fitting of replacement parts.
• Functional testing and adjustments.

Maintenance Cabinet
As our motto is “Your production reliability is our top priority“,
Eltosch offers first-class service products in addition to
our professional support services. An Eltosch maintenance
cabinet is your system’s “first-aid kit” for addressing system
issues at any time and directly on your shop floor. This lockable
metal cabinet contains essential components such as
lamps, reflectors, filters, and various fuses – all safely stored
and well organized. The cabinet’s stock is replenished by simply
sending us an order form for the parts that have been
used. The order form is included in the cabinet.
Module Trolley
If a production process requires the use of conventional inks
and you need to transport and store your UV modules, then
Eltosch’s mobile Module Trolley offers the perfect solution.
The Module Trolley can hold up to eight UV modules while
keeping them clean and safe beneath a rugged canvas cover.
In addition, the Module Trolley offers you the ability to easily
transport the modules directly to the press and to store the
modules safely and efficiently.

Eltosch Retrofits
To accommodate for future requirements arising from new
market developments, Eltosch is able to modernize and
upgrade your existing equipment. Older machines can also
take advantage of our innovative developments. Here are
some of the advantages to be gained through our retrofits:

• Higher efficiency through energy savings.
• Guaranteed replacement parts availability.
If you will be working using water-based coatings in the
future, it is possible to update your system with an infra-red
hot-air dryer. If your system already has an IR/TL dryer, a UV
dryer upgrade is recommended. We are able to deliver a UV
retrofit that is specially designed for your printing machinery.
For applications using UV colors the print works should
be equipped with UV interdeck dryers. To harden UV coatings,
we have designed UV end-of-press dryers. You can benefit
from the following advantages in UV applications:
• High gloss and finishes, i.e. matt-gloss effect.
• High scratch and abrasion resistance.
• Immediate further processing possibilities.
• Applications for non-absorbent substrates such as plastic.
• No powdering necessary.
