LWI “Verd’ika Fund” Application.
Instructions:
1. Please fill out complete form clearly. Any missed or unreadable sections will disqualify your
application for consideration.
2. Please follow all instructions in this application. Failure to comply will result in your chapter’s
ineligibility for future Little Warrior funds.
3. Application MUST be received by November 30th to be considered for fund eligibility.
4. Please email application to the MMCC Mandalore at: mandalore@mandalorianmercs.com or

Conditions:
1: Applications MUST be complete and received by November 1 st to be eligible for funds.
2: Any monies not completely used by the awarded Mercs Chapter will be returned to LWI no later than
January 30 of the following year.
3. Chapters MUST complete their described event by December 25 th of the current year.
5. Copies of receipts for “Verd’ika Fund” events must be turned into LWI no later than January 30 of the
following year. Copies of receipts can be emailed to the MMCC Mandalore at:

6. A clan/squad invasion report must be submitted by January 30 th of the following year.
