How <strong>Gourmet</strong> <strong>Creations</strong> Food Fundraisers Work:<br />
1. Call us or Order Online 1 brochure/catalog per fundraising participant - FREE of<br />
charge!<br />
2. Have your group members collect orders and payment from friends and family.<br />
3. At the end of your sale gather the order forms and money and tally them all together.<br />
4. You place the final order for the products with us by phone or fax.<br />
5. We ship all items to you, which you then distribute to your participants.<br />
6. Your group keeps the profit (you only pay the cost of the products)<br />
How much profit will you make<br />
The amount of money you will make as profit is dependent on a few factors. The more<br />
items you sell the higher your profit percentage is on each item sold. The actual profit<br />
per item will vary depending on the selling price of the item. For example assume you<br />
sell a $10 item. If you sell 120 items your profit will be 25% of $10 or $2.50 on each $10<br />
item sold. If you sell 1,664 items your profit would be 50% of $10 or $5.00.<br />
When you meet the minimum order of 120 items you will earn 25% profit, the more<br />
items you sell the more profit you make. With this fundraiser you have the potential to<br />

How much do you pay to start this fundraiser<br />
There is no money needed upfront for this fundraiser. We provide free brochures, order<br />
forms and cash collection envelops. You will pay us after you sell your <strong>Gourmet</strong><br />
<strong>Creations</strong> and are placing your order. Then you can use the money you collected to pay<br />
for your order.<br />
When you place your order, <strong>Easy</strong> <strong>Fundraising</strong> <strong>Ideas</strong> will calculate the cost of your order<br />
based on the profit percentage you earned. You will pay us that amount of money and<br />
keep your profit.<br />
How do you place your final order<br />
At the end of your sale you will gather all of your order forms and cash. You need to tally<br />
all of them together so you have one list showing the total quantity of each item that you<br />
sold. Many people find it helpful to tally the order forms together using a Spreadsheet<br />
like Excel.<br />
When you have your totals you can enter them on the master order form we provide<br />
when we sent you your free brochures and fax it to us (682) 518-1616 OR you can<br />
simply call us toll free (866) 874-8383 with your order.<br />
Once we receive your order we will enter it in our system and send you an invoice. We<br />
can send the invoice either via email or we can fax your it to you. You will need to<br />
review it and let us know of any changes. Once you have reviewed your invoice you can<br />
pay with by calling with a Visa or Master Card or you can mail us a check or money<br />
order along with a copy of your invoice. We do accept purchase orders from public<br />
schools and will release orders upon receipt of a valid purchase order.<br />

Once we receive your payment for your order, your order will be shipped for free and<br />
