How Gourmet Creations Food Fundraisers Work: 1. Call us or Order Online 1 brochure/catalog per fundraising participant - FREE of charge! 2. Have your group members collect orders and payment from friends and family. 3. At the end of your sale gather the order forms and money and tally them all together. 4. You place the final order for the products with us by phone or fax. 5. We ship all items to you, which you then distribute to your participants. 6. Your group keeps the profit (you only pay the cost of the products) How much profit will you make The amount of money you will make as profit is dependent on a few factors. The more items you sell the higher your profit percentage is on each item sold. The actual profit per item will vary depending on the selling price of the item. For example assume you sell a $10 item. If you sell 120 items your profit will be 25% of $10 or $2.50 on each $10 item sold. If you sell 1,664 items your profit would be 50% of $10 or $5.00. When you meet the minimum order of 120 items you will earn 25% profit, the more items you sell the more profit you make. With this fundraiser you have the potential to make up to 55% profit. How much do you pay to start this fundraiser There is no money needed upfront for this fundraiser. We provide free brochures, order forms and cash collection envelops. You will pay us after you sell your Gourmet Creations and are placing your order. Then you can use the money you collected to pay for your order. When you place your order, Easy Fundraising Ideas will calculate the cost of your order based on the profit percentage you earned. You will pay us that amount of money and keep your profit. How do you place your final order At the end of your sale you will gather all of your order forms and cash. You need to tally all of them together so you have one list showing the total quantity of each item that you sold. Many people find it helpful to tally the order forms together using a Spreadsheet like Excel. When you have your totals you can enter them on the master order form we provide when we sent you your free brochures and fax it to us (682) 518-1616 OR you can simply call us toll free (866) 874-8383 with your order.
