The 4 th Annual AUSFUEL / NTCA<br />
Amateur <strong>Photographic</strong> <strong>Competition</strong><br />
Long term association partner Ausfuel has joined with the NTCA for our 4 th annual photographic<br />
competition. All entries will be displayed at the NTCA Annual Conference on the 22 nd March 2013.<br />
Winners will be announced at the NTCA Gala Dinner on the evening of March 22 nd .<br />
Section 1 – Pictorial<br />
CATEGORIES<br />
Portrait, landscape or journalistic shot in black and white.<br />
Section 2 – Portrait<br />
A photograph that captures the likeness of a person or a small group of people, in which the face and<br />
expression is predominant. The objective is to display the likeness, personality and even the mood of<br />
the subject.<br />
Section 3 – NT Landscape<br />
Intended to show different places within the NT, showing little or no human activity, using subjects as<br />
land<strong>form</strong>s, weather or ambient light.<br />
Section 4 – Industry at work or play<br />
Pictures of our industry, people and landscapes, showing everyday life or extraordinary situations.<br />
Pictorials must include people and may also include examples of caring for our livestock,<br />
environment and each other.<br />
Your photographs will not only provide a backdrop for the forthcoming 29 th Annual<br />
General Meeting & Industry Conference in Alice Springs, they will illustrate our unique<br />
outback lifestyle and the distinctive <strong>Northern</strong> <strong>Territory</strong> people and landscape.

The competition commences 7 th January 2013 and finishes at 5pm on Monday 4 th March 2013. All entries must be<br />
printed and posted to the NTCA Darwin office with a CD containing the electronic images (scans are accepted, but high<br />
